My team is truely the definition of a team. We lift each other up, we have each other's backs. We make each other better in positive ways, and we just all get things done.

As a person who is motivated by money, I dont get to see a monitary return for all the work that I put in to help the Sales get to their numbers. A bonus structure for other departments would be nice since we all are attributing to them hitting numbers.
