Mr. Thomas A. Borner has been Chief Executive Officer of Putnam Bank (formerly Putnam Savings Bank), a subsidiary of PB Bancorp, Inc. since June 2006 and as its President since August 1, 2012. Mr. Borner has been the Chief Executive Officer of PB Bancorp, Inc. (formerly, PSB Holdings Inc.) since January 2006 and as its President since August 1, 2012. He has been Of Counsel to the law firm of Borner, Aleman and Davis, LLC since October 2005. He has been an Executive Director of Putnam Bank since 1987. He served as an Interim Chief Executive Officer of Putnam Bank (known as Putnam Savings Bank) from 1999 to 2000. Prior to October 2005, Mr. Borner served as of counsel to the law firm of Borner Scola Hill Baruti Vancini & Smith, located in Putnam, Connecticut. Mr. Borner served as an Executive Chairman of Putnam Bank from 1992 to August 1, 2012. He served as Vice Chairman at PB Bancorp, Inc. since August 1, 2012 until 2017 and served as its Executive Chairman from 1992 to August 1, 2012. He serves as Vice Chairman of Putnam Bank. Mr. Borner serves as Director of the Quinebaug Valley Community College Foundation. As a member of the Board of Corporators of Day Kimball Hospital, he has served as Chairpersons of the Hospital's Annual Giving Appeal, helping to raise over $1.5 million. Mr. Borner serves as a Director of Woodstock Agricultural Society. He served as the President of the Putnam Area Industrial Corporation. He served as a Member of advisory Board at the John Dempsey Regional Center in Putnam. He is admitted to practice law in all Federal and State Courts in Connecticut and Massachusetts. Mr. Borner received his Bachelor's Degree from the University of Connecticut in 1976 and his Juris Doctorate Degree from the University of Connecticut School of Law in 1979.

Mr. Robert J. Halloran, also known as Bob, Jr. serves as the Chief Financial Officer of PB Bancorp, Inc. (formerly, PSB Holdings Inc.) and has been its Executive Vice President since August 1, 2012. Mr. Halloran serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Putnam Bank (formerly Putnam Savings Bank). He served as the President of Putnam Bank until August 1, 2012. He served as the President of PB Bancorp, Inc., since June 2006 and also served as its Corporate Secretary. He served as President of Putnam Savings Bank, a subsidiary of PB Bancorp, Inc., since June 2006. He served as a Senior Vice President of Putnam Savings Bank since 2004. He served as a Treasurer and Vice President of PB Bancorp, Inc. Mr. Halloran joined PB Bancorp, Inc., and Putnam Savings Bank since 2004. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of Commerce Bank & Trust Company. Mr. Halloran serves as a Director of Putnam Bank. He has been a Director of Putnam Savings Bank since August 16, 2006. He has been a Director of the American Institute of Banking. Mr. Halloran has been a participant in the Eastern CT Relay for Life and has volunteered for Habitat for Humanity of Northeastern Connecticut. He has been a Director at PB Bancorp, Inc. since August 08, 2006. Mr. Halloran has been a Teacher for the last seventeen years at colleges including Quinsigamond Community College and Clark University. He teaches at the Center for Financial Training. Mr. Halloran holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master's Degree in Business Administration and Finance from Clark University in Worcester.

Mr. Anthony J. Serio served as Senior Vice President for Commercial Lending of Putnam Savings Bank, a subsidiary of PB Bancorp, Inc. (formerly, PSB Holdings Inc.) since 2000. Mr. Serio was Vice President for Business Development Officer for U.S. Trust, Connecticut.

Mr. John F. LaFountain serves as Senior Vice President and Senior Retail Loan Officer of Putnam Bank, a subsidiary of PB Bancorp, Inc. Mr. LaFountain manages the Retail Loan function out of the Loan Center located on 50 Canal Street in Putnam. He joined Putnam bank in 1995, with more than 15 years of banking experience and established Putnam Bank as a collection facility for toys. Mr. LaFountain is a graduate of Worcester State College and holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration.
