Mr. Thomas A. Borner has been Chief Executive Officer of Putnam Bank (formerly Putnam Savings Bank), a subsidiary of PB Bancorp, Inc. since June 2006 and as its President since August 1, 2012. Mr. Borner has been the Chief Executive Officer of PB Bancorp, Inc. (formerly, PSB Holdings Inc.) since January 2006 and as its President since August 1, 2012. He has been Of Counsel to the law firm of Borner, Aleman and Davis, LLC since October 2005. He has been an Executive Director of Putnam Bank since 1987. He served as an Interim Chief Executive Officer of Putnam Bank (known as Putnam Savings Bank) from 1999 to 2000. Prior to October 2005, Mr. Borner served as of counsel to the law firm of Borner Scola Hill Baruti Vancini & Smith, located in Putnam, Connecticut. Mr. Borner served as an Executive Chairman of Putnam Bank from 1992 to August 1, 2012. He served as Vice Chairman at PB Bancorp, Inc. since August 1, 2012 until 2017 and served as its Executive Chairman from 1992 to August 1, 2012. He serves as Vice Chairman of Putnam Bank. Mr. Borner serves as Director of the Quinebaug Valley Community College Foundation. As a member of the Board of Corporators of Day Kimball Hospital, he has served as Chairpersons of the Hospital's Annual Giving Appeal, helping to raise over $1.5 million. Mr. Borner serves as a Director of Woodstock Agricultural Society. He served as the President of the Putnam Area Industrial Corporation. He served as a Member of advisory Board at the John Dempsey Regional Center in Putnam. He is admitted to practice law in all Federal and State Courts in Connecticut and Massachusetts. Mr. Borner received his Bachelor's Degree from the University of Connecticut in 1976 and his Juris Doctorate Degree from the University of Connecticut School of Law in 1979.
