Mr. John L. Stauch has been an Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Pentair plc since February 2007. Mr. Stauch joined Pentair in 2007. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of the Automation and Control Systems unit of Honeywell International Inc., from July 2005 to February 2007. He served as a Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer of the Sensing and Controls unit of Honeywell International Inc., from January 2004 to July 2005; Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer of the Automation & Control Products unit of Honeywell International Inc., from July 2002 to January 2004; Chief Financial Officer and IT Director of PerkinElmer Optoelectronics, a unit of PerkinElmer, Inc., from April 2000 to April 2002; Various Executive, investor relations and managerial finance positions with Honeywell International Inc., and its predecessor AlliedSignal Inc., from 1994 to 2000. He began his career at General Motors in plant controllership and financial analyst roles. He has been an Independent Director at Deluxe Corp. since July 7, 2016. Mr. Stauch holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in finance from Michigan State University.

Mr. Mark C. Borin has been the Chief Accounting Officer of Pentair plc (formerly Pentair Ltd.) since March 2008 and as its Senior Vice President since February 4, 2017 and Treasurer since 2015. Mr. Borin served as Corporate Controller of Pentair plc (formerly Pentair Ltd.) since March 2008. Mr. Borin served as Vice President of Pentair since March 2008. Prior to Pentair, he was an Audit Partner at KPMG and was its member for 19 years. At KPMG, his list of clients included large, multi-national companies in the automotive, energy, real estate and transportation industries. Mr. Borin serves as a Director of Faradyne Motors, Inc. He is a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Borin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting and Economics from the University of Michigan.

Mr. Karl R. Frykman has been Senior Vice President and President of Water at Pentair plc since 2017. Mr. Frykman served as the President of Water Quality Systems at Pentair plc since 2007 until 2017. Mr. Frykman served as President of Aquatic Systems Global Business Unit at Pentair plc (formerly Pentair Ltd.) since 2007. Mr. Frykman served as President of National Pool Tile Group, Inc. He led the division's National Pool Tile Group (NPT) from 1998 to 2007. Prior to joining Pentair, he served as Vice President of Operations for American Products, Vice President of Research & Development and Manufacturing for Anthony Pools and Vice President of Poolsaver. He was employed with Pacfab, Moorepark, CA. from 1993 to 1998. He has 12 years of industry history including Poolsavers, Los Angeles, CA. Mr. Frykman holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Stanford University and a Master's Degree in Business Administration from Harvard University.

Mr. John Henry Jacko, Jr. has been Chief Marketing Officer and Senior Vice President of Pentair plc since 2017. Mr. Jacko served as the Chief Marketing Officer and Vice President at Kennametal Inc. from July 2008 to June 9, 2016 and served as its Vice President of Business Development from June 9, 2016 to August 1, 2016. Mr. Jacko served as Vice President of Corporate Strategy and MSSG (Metalworking Solutions and Services Group) Global Marketing of Kennametal Inc. from March 5, 2007 to July 2008. He served as Chief Marketing Officer and Vice President of Flowserve Corporation from 2005 to February 2007 and served as its Vice President of Marketing and Customer Management from November 2002 to 2005. He was associated with Kennametal group since 2007. Mr. Jacko served as Division Vice President of FPD Marketing from 2001 to 2002. He served as Vice President of Customer & Product Support for the Engines and Systems Business, as well numerous other roles at Honeywell Aerospace from 1999 to 2001. He served as Vice President of Sales and Service, Commercial Transport of Allied Signal Aerospace, as well as numerous other roles from 1995 to 1999. He has over 25 years of experience in the areas of marketing, strategy, product management, branding, portfolio management and communications. Mr. Jacko served for six years with Honeywell (formerly AlliedSignal) in a series of marketing positions of increasing responsibility and global impact. Mr. Jacko served as a Director of Kennametal India Limited until August 9, 2016. Mr. Jacko holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from the University of Connecticut and a Master's in Business Administration from the University of New Haven. He is also a Green Belt certified in Six Sigma.

Ms. Beth Wozniak has been Senior Vice President and President of Electrical at Pentair plc since 2017. Ms. Wozniak served as the President of Flow & Filtration Solutions at Pentair plc since joining in September 2015 until 2017. Ms. Wozniak was President of the Environmental and Combustion Controls unit of Honeywell International Inc. (a software-industrial company) from 2011 to 2015 and President of the Sensing and Controls unit of Honeywell International Inc. from 2006 to 2011 and she held various leadership positions at Honeywell International Inc. and its predecessor AlliedSignal Inc. from 1990 to 2006. Ms. Wozniak has extensive experience in leading complex, global businesses operations and contribute leadership expertise and insights. Previously, she served several executive positions at Honeywell including President of its Sensing and Control business; Vice President of Business Integration; Vice President of Six Sigma and Vice President of Engineering and Program Management. Ms. Wozniak holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada and an MBA from York University in Toronto.

Ms. Angela D. Jilek serves as Secretary and Director of nVent Electric Plc. Ms. Jilek has been Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary at Pentair plc (formerly Pentair Ltd.) since February 2010. Ms. Jilek served as an Assistant General Counsel of Pentair plc from November 2002 to February 2010, Shareholder and Officer of the law firm of Henson & Efron, P.A. from January 2000 to 2002 and Associate Attorney in the law firm of Henson & Efron from October 1996 to January 2000. Ms. Jilek began her career as an associate attorney at Felhaber Larson Fenlon & Vogt, P.A. She serves as a Director of Faradyne Motors, Inc. She graduated cum laude from the University of Minnesota Law School and summa cum laude from Concordia College where she earned Bachelor of Arts Degrees in English and German.
