The team is rapidly growing, but I think the best thing about our group is that we're all dedicated to the mission. There's no clock-punchers here. Everyone is happy and committed to doing the job that needs doing when it needs doing.

Everyone has each other's backs. If something needs done everyone is willing to jump in to help. We're a distributed team, so it's sometimes hard to stay "social" with the group, but the company makes efforts to help that culture and social time happen.

Our leadership team is genuinely focused on developing the best possible end-consumer experience. Our mission is to serve the needs of the end-user, and through them the needs of our customers. There is a deep respect for each employee's contribution to that goal and an appreciate for our needs.
