What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I have an opportunity to participate in questions that go beyond my normal expertise.
The honest approach to running a company is refreshing. All of our challenges and solutions are visible to the whole company. Always willing to look at things differently in order to improve.
I love that we are a remote company that values face-to-face meetings.
Everyone has each other's backs. If something needs done everyone is willing to jump in to help. We're a distributed team, so it's sometimes hard to stay "social" with the group, but the company makes efforts to help that culture and social time happen.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
We're all remote. So meeting each other and collaborating across departments would be ideal. Increasing pace of progress would be great.
