Mr. Timothy Johnson, also known as Tim, serves as the Finance Director at Pioneer Hi-Bred International, Inc. He has served as a Director of Investor Relations at Pioneer Hi-Bred International, Inc. In this role, Mr. Johnson was developed and executed a comprehensive investor communication strategy focused on high growth opportunities for DuPont Agriculture, Industrial Biosciences and Nutrition & Health segments. Before joining Investor Relations in 2012, he held a variety of leadership roles in Finance at DuPont Pioneer. He earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from Iowa State University and later, a master's in business administration from The University of Iowa.

Mr. John L. Chrosniak serves as the Vice President of Strategic Services and Planning at Pioneer Hi-Bred International, Inc. He has also been President of DuPont Sustainable Solutions at E. I. du Pont de Nemours and Company since September 2015. Mr. Chrosniak serves as Regional Business Director of North America for DuPont Crop Protection. Mr. Chrosniak joined DuPont in 2005 and served in leadership positions in a number of businesses, most recently in Electronics & Communications, where he served as Global Business Director of DuPont Packaging Graphics. Prior to DuPont, he served as Senior Manager, Strategy & Operations Practice at Deloitte and worked with international clients across different industries. He served as the Chairman of Croplife America Inc since October 2011. He has been a Director of United Fresh Produce Association since April 2010. He is a graduate of James Madison University and received his MBA from the Darden School at the University of Virginia.
