Pipefy is a great place to work. They aren't shy about what their goals and motivations are and encourage employees to better themselves and better the company. Everyone is invested in the growth and strength of the company and there are no "bad apples." People are genuinely invested and it shows.

I think trust is high at this company and I appreciate that. They hire people to do a job and trust them to do it. They provide feedback and resources to be able to do it and help out when people are struggling but for the most part they let you do what is needed to get to the results we are after.

We are all invested in the company and the culture. Everyone is open and available and willing to help.

The base pay is competitive with market rates. They adjust for cost of living where you reside and are very fair with compensation.

They are open and transparent. Even with a company the size of ours they make time to communicate weekly with the entire company and prioritize values.

They are direct and honest. In fact, it is encouraged. Feedback is always present, we hold each other to high standards and no one is knocking or criticizing.

I have a lot of freedom and liberty to work on what I want to. We have a number of projects in flight and we have control over what is priority for our team.

The team is very collaborative and always willing to help. No one is "above" anything and they look for people that are willing to help wherever needed. Everyone seems focused on the same things and work together to accomplish goals.

They listen. If you have a grievance they will hear it out. If there are issues there are plenty of ways to share with leadership. They also address them. There are town halls dedicated for this. It is a very open and honest culture.

That we get to decide the projects we work on. We have control over how we influence the company and we are building ourselves - rather than being told what to do or how to do things. It is challenging and we are constantly learning which is what I thrive on.

They are very transparent. They are not shy to share where problems are and always focus on the problem, not the person. They genuinely care and are invested in the company and the people they have. It is challenging and they recognize that while also doing everything they can to provided resources.
