Mr. Paul J. Taubman has been the Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer at PJT Partners Inc., since October 1, 2015. Mr. Taubman has been President of Institutional Securities Division at Morgan Stanley since January 1, 2013. He served as an Executive Vice President and Co-President of Institutional Securities of Morgan Stanley from January 1, 2010 to December 31, 2012. He served as the Global Head of Investment Banking at Morgan Stanley from January 2008 to December 2009 and also served as its Global Co-Head of Investment Banking from July 2007 to January 2008 and Co-Head of Global Mergers and Acquisitions from May 2005 to July 2007. He joined Morgan Stanley in 1982 and served as its Vice President since 1991, a Principal since 1993 and Managing Director since 1995. He rejoined Morgan Stanley as an Associate in the Mergers & Acquisitions department. Mr. Taubman attended The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics in 1982. He earned his M.B.A from Stanford University's Graduate School of Business in 1986.

Ms. Helen T. Meates serves as Chief Financial Officer at PJT Partners Inc., and served as its Partner. Ms. Meates has been the Chief Financial Officer at PJT Partners Inc. since October 1, 2015. Prior to joining PJT Partners, Ms. Meates worked at Morgan Stanley for 22 years, most recently serving as a Managing Director. She spent the majority of her career at Morgan Stanley in Global Capital Markets, including nine years in Leveraged Finance. In November 2013, she assumed the role of Global Chief Operating Officer for the Research Division. In 2011 she was appointed as Deputy Head of Global Capital Markets at Morgan Stanley and served as the Chief Operating Officer of global capital markets. Ms. Meates also served on the firm's Microfinance Advisory Board. Ms. Meates serves on the boards of the SMA Foundation and the Bridgehampton Chamber Music Festival. Ms. Meates received a Law degree (LLB) from Canterbury University in New Zealand and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.

Ms. Ji-Yeun Lee serves as the Managing Partner at PJT Partners Inc. Ms. Lee served as Managing Director and the Deputy Head of Global Investment Banking at Morgan Stanley where she worked from 1988 until she joined PJT Partners. Most of Ms. Lee's career at Morgan Stanley was spent in Mergers & Acquisitions advising clients on a broad range of transactions across industries and geographies, including six years in London office. She served as the Chief Operating Officer of Morgan Stanley's Mergers & Acquisitions Department in 2004 and the Deputy Head of Global Investment Banking since 2007. she joined Morgan Stanley's Management Committee in 2011. She also serves on the Board of Directors of the Good Shepherd Services. She received a BA degree from Amherst College.

Natalie Pearson serves as the Senior Vice President of PJT Partners. Natalie started at PJT Partners in Jan of 2017. Natalie currently resides in the Greater New York City Area.

Sara Price serves as the Managing Director of PJT Partners. Sara started at PJT Partners in Mar of 2016. Sara currently resides in the Greater New York City Area.

Matthew Breen serves as the Managing Director of PJT Partners. Matthew started at PJT Partners in Oct of 2015. Matthew currently resides in the San Francisco Bay Area.
