Dr. Dario A. Paggiarino, M.D., has been Chief Medical Officer at pSivida Corp. since August 2016 and served as its Vice President from August 2016 to September 30, 2016. Dr. Paggiarino served as the Chief Development Officer and Senior Vice President of Lpath Inc. from April 16, 2013 to July 22, 2016. Dr. Paggiarino has more than 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, having directed global development programs in a number of therapeutic areas including ophthalmology, pain, inflammatory conditions and oncology. He served as Vice President and Therapeutic Unit Head for retina diseases at Alcon, a division of Novartis. He also served as Executive Director of Clinical Development and Medical Affairs at Pfizer Global R&D with focus on global clinical development in glaucoma, diabetic and degenerative retinal diseases and medical responsibilities for Macugen(R). In his career, he held R&D positions of increasing responsibility at Angelini Pharmaceuticals, , ultimately serving as president. Later he joined Pharmacia Global R&D where he was clinical program director of ophthalmology with responsibilities for Xalatan(R), the leading glaucoma therapy in the world and ocular devices such as viscoelastics (Healon(R)) and intraocular lenses (CeeOn(R), Tecnis(R)). He has authored numerous scientific articles. Dr. Paggiarino earned his degree in Medicine and General Surgery at the University of Rome La Sapienza.

Ms. Deborah A. Jorn, also known as Deb, has been an Executive Vice President of Corporate and Commercial Development at pSivida Corp. since November 2016. Ms. Jorn served as an Executive Vice President and Company Group Chairman of Valeant Pharmaceuticals International, Inc., where she was responsible for the Dermatology and Gastrointestinal businesses until March 3, 2016. Ms. Jorn served as Chief Global Marketing Officer at Bausch & Lomb and led the prescription and OTC eye health business. She served as Group Vice President of Global Allergy & Respiratory Marketing for Primary Care Customer Group at Schering-Plough Corporation since September 21, 2004. She served as Group Vice President of Women's Healthcare and Fertility at Schering-Plough Corporation. She was responsible for providing marketing leadership on a global basis to drive the growth of Schering-plough Corp.'s allergy and respiratory franchises. Ms. Jorn joined Schering-Plough from Johnson & Johnson, where she served as Worldwide Vice President of Internal Medicine, early commercial input and emerging franchises. She served as Global Vice President of Detrol/Detrusitol and Urology at Pharmacia. She served as an Executive Director of worldwide human health marketing, Respiratory Products at Merck & Co. Ms. Jorn has 30 plus years of commercial experience in building multi-billion dollar U.S. and global pharmaceutical and OTC businesses. She has an extensive background in several areas of Women's Healthcare including overactive bladder, fertility, contraception, IBS-D and osteoporosis. She has a record of designing and implementing business and marketing strategies that have delivered double digit organic growth across numerous therapeutic areas. She has a strong scientific background and extensive experience in all facets of the clinical development process leading to product launch including: market and competitive assessments, clinical strategy and trial design, labeling requirements for approval and competitive differentiation. She is a recognized leader in creating new markets and successfully launching products in numerous therapeutic areas. She is an expert commercial strategist, who led the consumer and physician marketing efforts for such iconic brands as Detrol LA, Ocuvite, Nasonex, Nuvaring, Jublia and Xifaxan. Ms. Jorn has been an Independent Director of Viveve Medical, Inc. since May 11, 2016 and Orexigen Therapeutics, Inc. since May 23, 2016. PharmaVoice has recognized Ms. Jorn as ???one of the top 100 most inspiring people in healthcare??? in the ???brand builders??? category. Ms. Jorn holds an MBA degree with a combined major of Marketing and International Business from New York University Stern Graduate School of Business and a B.A. degree in Biochemistry from Rutgers University.

Mr. Leonard S. Ross, also known as Len, has been Principal Financial Officer and Chief Accounting Officer at pSivida Corp. since March 21, 2009 and its Vice President of Finance since November 19, 2009. Mr. Ross served as a Corporate Controller at pSivida Corp. since October 2006. From 2001 through April 2006 He served as Corporate Controller for NMT Medical, Inc. From 1990 to 1999, Mr. Ross was employed by JetForm Corporation where he served in various capacities, including Vice President, Finance and Vice President, International Operations. Mr. Ross received a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Tufts University, an M.B.A. from the Amos Tuck School at Dartmouth College and an M.S. in Taxation from Bentley College.

Mr. Marty Nazzaro has been Senior Vice President, Operations at pSivida Corp. since January 2018. He served as Vice President of Operations at pSivida Corp. since November 2009 until January 2018. Mr. Nazzaro served as Director of Operations from May 2006 to November 2009. Mr. Nazzaro served as Director of Manufacturing for Control Delivery Systems. Prior to CDS, Mr. Nazzaro held a variety of positions with Boston Scientific Corporation including responsibilities in logistics, R&D, manufacturing and distribution, including responsibility for distribution of cardiac care devices. Mr. Nazzaro has over 19 years of product life cycle and operations experience. Mr. Nazzaro received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Suffolk University in Boston, MA.

Dr. Anna Kluczewska, B.DSc serves as Chief Executive Officer, President and Managing Director of AION Diagnostics Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of pSivida Corp. (also known as pSivida Ltd.). Dr. Kluczewska is the Principal of Integrin Consulting, a consultant to Baxter Healthcare Inc. and Viaticus Capital. She served as Head of Product Development of pSivida Corp. Dr. Kluczewska served as a Global Product Manager for Baxter BioSurgery, a division of Baxter Healthcare Inc., based in Vienna and Munich. Baxter BioSurgery operates in more than 50 countries around the world, providing surgical products for hemostasis and tissue sealing and the collagen product portfolio. She has significant experience in due diligence projects, global product development and management, licensing and launch into new markets. She serves as Director of Aion Diagnoistics Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of pSivida Ltd. She served as Non-executive Director of Australian Development Capital Fund and CollTech Australia Ltd. from August 3, 2003 to November 21, 2007. She is also a Member of the Advisory Board to the Chemistry Centre of Western Australia. Dr. Kluczewska is a qualified dental surgeon with post graduate studies in Australia and further certification and training in the United States.

Leonard Blum serves as the Executive Vice President and General Manager, U.S. of pSivida. Leonard currently resides in the United States.

Jack Weet serves as the Senior Vice President, Regulatory Affairs and Quality of pSivida. Jack currently resides in the Greater Boston Area.
