Constant layoffs (every 6 - 12 months), then they expect you to work 12 hour days to keep everything running as though they didn't just have a massive layoff. The CEO chases the next shiny object which results in massive swings in direction. A bunch of B and C players. Pay is not at market rates.

Invest in people and stop acquiring new companies. They change direction constantly, abandoning projects before they finish them. The CEO surrounds himself with yes men and can't listen to a different opinion. They are chasing the stock price at the expense of everything else.

Did not get a promotion for 10 years, despite top reviews every year. People from other departments tried to steal me twice because I am viewed as a top performer. Was lower paid than the newer employees they were hiring. Had to get a job offer from another company to get a significant pay bump.
