Instilling trust in employees and making them feel valued for the work they do

Invest in people and stop acquiring new companies. They change direction constantly, abandoning projects before they finish them. The CEO surrounds himself with yes men and can't listen to a different opinion. They are chasing the stock price at the expense of everything else.
