Mr. Farhat Jahangir serves as Vice President of Operations & Quality at Quantenna Communications, Inc. Mr. Jahangir has over 17 years of successful experience in Global Manufacturing Operations, Product Engineering, Quality and Reliability functions of Integrated Circuits & System Products. Prior to joining Quantenna, Farhat was Head of Operations & Quality at Synerchip / MultiMedia Crossing (IP acquired by Silicon Image) where as part of the management team, he was in charge of managing high-speed mixed signal IC and system products from concept to end of life. Previously, he was Director of Operations at SiTime (a MEMS based timing solution startup), where he was a pivotal contributor of building its negative margin product line to positive, enabling market penetration and sales growth. He held various engineering and management positions in areas of semiconductor operations and manufacturing in companies like Silicon Image, Texas Instruments & Cypress Semiconductor. His experience includes Global Manufacturing Operations, Supplier Management, New Product Development, and the Assurance of Quality & Reliability processes. He holds Master's of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from University of Arkansas at Fayetteville.

Mr. Sean Sobers has been the Chief Financial Officer at Quantenna Communications, Inc. since July 2016. Mr. Sobers joins Quantenna in 2016 and is responsible for establishing and implementing the Company's financial strategy, as well as managing the global finance organization. He has over 25 years of financial management and business experience in the high tech industry. Prior to joining Quantenna, Mr. Sobers served as Corporate Vice President of Finance and Controller at Cadence, where he helped Cadence double revenue and increase market cap by > $6 billion. Prior to Cadence, he served as Vice President of Finance at Polycom, Inc., and Controller at EMC's Software Group, the multibillion-dollar software group of EMC Corporation. Prior to its acquisition by EMC, he served as Corporate Controller at Documentum, scaling it through an IPO, secondary offering and several acquisitions. He is an experienced financial executive having also worked at KPMG as an auditor. Mr. Sobers is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive). He received his bachelor of science degree in accounting from the University of Southern California.

Mr. Thomas L. MacMitchell, also known as Tom, Esq has been an Acting Vice President of Human Resources and General Counsel of Quantenna Communications, Inc. since August 5, 2016 and 2015 respectively. He serves as the Corporate Secretary at Quantenna Communications, Inc. Mr. MacMitchell served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Intematix Corporation. Mr. MacMitchell has over 20 years of both legal and technology experience. Prior to joining Intematix, he served as Senior Director of Legal Affairs at Brocade Communications Systems, a $2+ billion data networking public company. He served as Legal Professional of Cooley Godward Kronish LLP. While at Brocade, he led corporate securities, financings, merger and acquisitions and other strategic transactions, corporate governance, international subsidiaries, employment and other legal functions. He also served for Cooley LLP, where he represented technology companies ranging from venture-backed startups to mature public companies and handled a wide variety of transactions, including public and private equity offerings and other complex business transactions. He earned a Juries Doctorate from University of California at Davis School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University.

Nambi Seshadri serves as the Consullting CTO for Quantenna Communications. Nambi started at Quantenna Communications in July of 2017. Nambi is based in the Orange County, California Area.

Kamlesh Rath serves as the Senior VP Software Engineering for Quantenna Communications. Kamlesh started at Quantenna Communications in October of 2014. Kamlesh is based in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Narayanan Bharath serves as the VP Marketing and Customer Engineering for Quantenna Communications. Narayanan started at Quantenna Communications in November of 2009. Narayanan is based in the San Francisco Bay Area.
