Mr. Brian C. Faith has been the Chief Executive Officer, President and Director of QuickLogic Corporation since June 24, 2016. Mr. Faith served as Vice President of Worldwide Marketing at QuickLogic Corporation since November 2008. He served as Vice President of Worldwide Sales & Marketing at QuickLogic Corporation from April 2011 to September 2015. He served as Director of Marketing of Logic Products at QuickLogic Corporation since October 2003. He has held several positions in engineering, sales, applications and marketing at QuickLogic. He served in various marketing positions including, Senior Director of Marketing. Mr. Faith joined QuickLogic in 1996 and served as its Engineering Program Manager from 2000 to 2001 and Field Application Engineering role from 1999 to 2000. From 1996 to 2000, he also held various Customer Application Engineering roles, including Customer Application Engineering Manager. Mr. Faith serves as the Chairperson of the Marketing Committee for the CE-ATA Organization. He has also served as an adjunct Lecturer at Santa Clara University. Mr. Faith holds a B.S.C.E., has completed post-graduate work in Engineering management.

Mr. Timothy Saxe has been the Chief Technology Officer at QuickLogic Corporation since at August 2006 and has been Senior Vice President of Worldwide Engineering since August 2006. Dr. Saxe served as Senior Vice President of QuickLogic Corporation since November 2011. Dr. Saxe served as Vice President of Engineering since November 2001 and Vice President of Software Engineering from May 2001 to November 2001 at Quicklogic Corporation. From November 2000 to February 2001, Dr. Saxe served as Vice President of FLASH Engineering at Actel, a semiconductor manufacturing company. Dr. Saxe joined Zycad, a design verification tools and services company, in June 1983 and founded Zycad's GateField division, a semiconductor manufacturing division, in 1993. Zycad was renamed GateField in October 1997. Dr. Saxe served at GateField's President and Chief Operating Officer since July 23, 1998 and Chief Executive Officer since February 8, 1999. Dr. Saxe served as the Vice President of Engineering of the GateField division of GateField Corporation from 1993 to 1997 and served in that capacity until GateField was acquired by Actel in November 2000. He served as a Director at GateField Corporation since February 8, 1999. Dr. Saxe holds a B.S.E.E. degree from North Carolina State University and an M.S.E.E. and a Ph.D. in electrical engineering from Stanford University.

Mr. Rajiv Jain has been Vice President of Worldwide Operations at QuickLogic Corporation since May 20, 2014. Mr. Jain is responsible for providing executive leadership for the operations department, including all manufacturing operations internal and external to the QuickLogic. Mr. Jain served as QuickLogic's Senior Director of Operations and Development Engineering from 2011 to 2014, Senior Director of System Solutions and Process Technology from 2009 to 2011, Director of Process Technology from 1997 to 2009 and Senior Process Technologist from 1992 to 1997. Mr. Jain has driven margin improvements through cost optimization and on-going process efficiencies, as well as delivered quality improvements through enhanced process controls and supplier initiatives. In addition, Mr. Jain has been responsible for the successful implementation of QuickLogic products and technologies across multiple fabrication facilities and process nodes. Prior to joining QuickLogic, Mr. Jain served as a Senior Yield Engineer at National Semiconductor from 1991 to 1992, where he focused on BiCMOS product yield improvements and at Monolithic Memories from 1985 to 1988, where he focused on BiPolar product yield and engineering wafer sort improvements. Mr. Jain holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Illinois Champaign/Urbana and a Masters in Chemical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.

Ms. Suping Cheung, also known as Sue, CPA, Ph.D. has been Chief Financial Officer of QuickLogic Corporation since February 14, 2017 and its Vice President of Finance since september 1, 2016. Ms. Cheung served as Corporate Controller of QuickLogic Corporation from May 2015 to August 29, 2016 and its Chief Accounting Officer since May 2015 until February 22, 2017. She joined QuickLogic Corporation in May 2007 as Assistant Corporate Controller and served as Corporate Controller since October 2008. Ms. Cheung served in various senior accounting and financial management roles with publicly traded and privately held companies from 1994 to 2007. Ms. Cheung began her career with PricewaterhouseCoopers where she served as an auditor and as a tax consultant for approximately five years. Ms. Cheung holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration and a M.S. in Accounting from Florida International University. She also holds an undergraduate degree from Soochow University in Suzhou, China. Ms. Cheung is a Certified Public Accountant.

Mr. Andrew K. Chan served as the Vice President of Engineering of SiliconBlue Technologies, Inc. Mr. Chan Co-founded QuickLogic, has served with it since April 1988. He served as Vice President, Research and Development and Vice President of Engineering of QuickLogic. Prior to joining QuickLogic, Mr. Chan served as Design Engineering Manager of Monolithic Memories. He has 32 years of experience in semiconductors and 30 years of experience in programmable logic. He holds 40 patents in programmable logic at MMI, AMD and QuickLogic. Mr. Chan holds a B.S.E.E. in Electrical Engineering from Washington State University and an M.S.E.E. in Electrical Sciences from the University of New York, Stonybrook.

Sue Cheung serves as the Chief Financial Officer of QuickLogic Corporation. Sue started at QuickLogic Corporation in May of 2015. Sue currently resides in the San Francisco Bay Area.
