A startup mentality which focuses on doing your part while engaging with all aspects of the business to come up with the best options/decisions.
Like with any company there are ups & downs but CECO is the best company I've worked for.
I loved working for shipt, I knew what I make with each order and I felt supported by the company. Now our pay is a big mystery with nothing making sense and up to the companies judgement on what our "effort" is the support lines are filled with people who can't answer our questions. It a joke
This is the best work environment I have been a part of in over 20 years
It was short but not fun.
