He served as Vice President of Sales at Connex Technology, an early stage funded semiconductor startup. He served as Vice President Worldwide Sales and Marketing for Pixel Magic, a wholly owned subsidiary of Oak Technology, a manufacturer of high performance image processing semiconductors and systems. He served as Vice President Sales at Mylex Corp. He has been Chairman of Advisory Board at Thinking Screen Media, Inc. since July 2008. He serves as a Director of Semiconductors at Trudeau & Trudeau, an Investment Bank. He served as a Member of Advisory Board at Resonant Inc. since October 2015 until January 18, 2016. Mr. Waxman holds a B.Sc. degree in Electronics and Electrical Engineering from Paisley College of Technology, Scotland & King's College, London.

Mr. Jeff A. Killian has been the Chief Financial Officer of Resonant Inc. since October 24, 2016 and also serves as its Secretary. Mr. Killian served as the Chief Financial Officer of Cascade Microtech Inc. from April 1, 2010 to October 2016 and as its Treasurer, Secretary and Vice President of Finance from April 2010 to October 2016. Mr. Killian served as Director of Finance at Cascade Microtech. He joined Cascade Microtech in June 2008 and led the successful acquisition of Suss MicroTec Test Systems Division, which concluded this past January. He joined Cascade Microtech from TriQuint Semiconductor, Inc., where he held positions of increasing responsibility over 11 year period that included Treasurer, Corporate Controller and Director for Financial Planning and Analysis. Mr. Killian holds a BS in Business Administration and Finance from Oregon State University and an MBA from University of Oregon.

Mr. Neal O. Fenzi is a Co-Founder of Resonant Inc. and has been its Executive Vice President of Engineering since August 2, 2017. Mr. Fenzi served as the Chief Operating Officer of Resonant Inc. since 2015 until August 2, 2017. Mr. Fenzi served as a Vice President of Engineering at Resonant Inc. from June 2013 to December 10, 2014. Mr. Fenzi served as Secretary and Treasurer of Resonant Inc. from June 2013 to January 2014. He also served as Vice President of Engineering of Resonant LLC, a subsidiary of Resonant Inc. from June 2012 to June 2013. Prior to founding Resonant, from 1991 to June 2012, Mr. Fenzi served in engineering, operations and marketing positions at Superconductor Technologies Inc., including as Director of RF Engineering, Chief Engineer and Vice President of Product Management. He served as Vice President of Engineering at Superconductor Technologies Inc. (STI) since July 1997. He joined STI in 1992. From 1982 to 1992, he worked in various engineering and management positions at Hughes Aircraft Company, Space and Communications Group and Amplica, Inc. Mr. Fenzi received his BSEE in 1982 from New Mexico State University.

Dr. Robert B. Hammond, Ph.D. co-founded Resonant Inc. and has been its Chief Technology Officer and Executive Director since June 2013. Dr. Hammond served as the Chief Technical Officer and Senior Vice President of Superconductor Technologies Inc. since December 1992. Dr. Hammond served as Vice President of Technology and Chief Technical Officer at Superconductor Technologies Inc., until August 1990. He served as Secretary of Superconductor Technologies Inc. from October 1999 to 2002. He served as Acting Chief Operating Officer of Superconductor Technologies Inc. from May 1991 to December 1991 and also from July 1992 to December 1992. From December 1987 to August 1990, Dr. Hammond served as Program Manager of Superconductor Technologies Inc. For over eleven years, he was at Los Alamos National Laboratory served as Deputy Group Leader of Electronics Research and Development ??? a group that performs research, development and pilot production of solid-state electronics and optics. He serves on Superconductor Technologies Inc.'s Technical Advisory Board. Dr. Hammond received his Ph.D. and M.S. in applied physics and his B.S. in physics from the California Institute of Technology.
