Mr. David J. Bryant has been the Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President and Treasurer of Resource Capital Corp. since June 14, 2006. Mr. Bryant served as Chief Accounting Officer from June 14, 2016 until March 2014. He has 30 years of real estate industry accounting and SEC financial reporting experience. He served as the Senior Vice-President of Real Estate Services, at Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Trust from 2005 to 2006. Prior to that, Mr. Bryant served as Senior Vice President of Finance and Treasurer at Pennsylvania REIT from 2000 to 2005 and also served as its Principal Accounting Officer. From September 1997 to September 2000, Mr. Bryant served as Vice President of Financial Services at PREIT-Rubin, Inc.

Mr. Thomas C. Elliott, also known as Tom, has been the Executive Vice President of Finance and Operation at Resource Capital Corp. since February 2017. Mr. Elliott has been Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Resource America, Inc. since December 2009 and May 2016 respectively. Mr. Elliott served as Senior Vice President of Finance & Operations at Resource Capital Corp. from September 2016 to February 2017. He serves as a Senior Vice President of RAI Acquisition Corp. He serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of CVC Credit Partners, LLC. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of Resource Real Estate Investors 6 LP. Mr. Elliott served as Senior Vice President of Resource America, Inc. from 2005 to May 2016. Mr. Elliott served as a Vice President of Finance at Resource America, Inc. from 2001 to 2005 and also served as its Senior Vice President of Finance and Operations from 2006 to December 2009 and Senior Vice President of Finance from 2005 to 2006. Mr. Elliott served as Vice President of Finance and Treasurer at Resource Financial Institutions Group, Inc. Mr. Elliot was responsible for all financial management, financial reporting, budgeting and treasury operations for the General Partner. He served as the Chief Financial Officer, Chief Accounting Officer and Treasurer of Resource Capital Corp. from September 2005 to June 2006 and also served as its Senior Vice President for Assets and Liabilities Management from June 2005 to September 2005 and Vice President of Finance since March 2005. He was the Chief Financial Officer at Resource Financial Fund Management, or RFFM, since 2004. From 1997 to 2001, Mr. Elliott was a Vice President, Manager of Financial Planning, Director of Asset Securitization and Treasurer at Fidelity Leasing, Inc., where he managed all capital market functions, including the negotiation of all securitizations and credit and banking facilities in the U.S. and Canada. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of Resource Real Estate Investors, 7 L.P. Mr. Elliott also oversaw the financial controls and budgeting departments. He has been Director of Leaf Financial Corporation at Lease Equity Appreciation Fund I LP and Lease Equity Appreciation Fund II LP since June 2012. He received a B.S. degree from the Gwynedd Mercy College.

Mr. Eldron C. Blackwell has been the Chief Accounting Officer and Vice President of Resource Capital Corp. since March 24, 2014. Mr. Blackwell served as the Assistant Controller for New Penn Financial, LLC,, from March 2013 to March 2014. From September 2001 to March 2013, he was a Senior Manager in the Audit Practice of the global accounting firm Grant Thornton LLP. Mr. Blackwell serves on the board of directors of Freire Charter School in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and received a Bachelor of Science in Economics with a concentration in accounting from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Mr. David E. Bloom serves as the Senior Vice President of Resource Real Estate Opportunity Reit II, Inc. Mr. Bloom has been Senior Vice President at Resource America Inc. since 2001. He has been Senior Vice President of Resource Capital Partners Inc. since 2006. Mr. Bloom has been Senior Vice President at Resource Capital Corp. since September 7, 2017 and served as its Senior Vice President of Real Estate Investments from March 2005 to September 7, 2017. He has been the President of Resource Real Estate since 2004, President of Resource Capital Manager Partners since 2002. He serves as President of Resource Real Estate Funding, Inc. He served as Senior Vice President at Resource Real Estate Opportunity REIT, Inc. since June 03, 2009. Mr. Bloom served as the President at Resource Capital Partners, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Resource America Inc. from 2002 to 2006. From 2001 to 2002, Mr. Bloom served as President of Resource Properties. He served as Senior Vice President at Colony Capital, LLC, an international real estate opportunity fund, from 1999 to 2001. He has been a Director of Resource Capital Partners Inc. since 2002. From 1998 to 1999, Mr. Bloom served as Director at Sonnenblick-Goldman Company, a real estate investment bank. Mr. Matthew J. Stern, also known as Matt, has been the President of Resource Capital Corp. since May 09, 2017. Mr. Stern joined C-III and Island Capital in 2010. Mr. Stern has served as Executive Vice President of Resource America, Inc. since September 2016. Mr. Stern is a Senior Member of their investment banking, corporate finance and business development teams. Mr. Stern has been Director of Capital Markets at American Mortgage Acceptance Company since November 28, 2006. Mr. Stern has been Director of Capital Markets at Hunt Mortgage Group (formerly, Centerline Holding Company & CharterMac) since November 28, 2006 and served as its Senior Vice President. Prior to joining C-III and Island Capital, Mr. Stern served as Managing Director of the investment banking and corporate finance group at Hunt Mortgage Group, where he was responsible for Centerline's mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance functions. He has been with Centerline Holding Company's capital markets department since May 2006. He served at Centerline Holding Company in the tax credit fund management division from 1997 to 2001. Before joining Centerline in 2006, Mr. Stern worked in the Global Mergers & Acquisitions Group at Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc., focusing on mergers and acquisitions, capital markets and finance transactions. He received his Masters in Business Administration with Distinction from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University and his Bachelor of Arts degree (magna cum laude with Distinction) from the University of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Kyle Geoghegan serves as Managing Director of Resource Real Estate Funding, Inc. Mr. Geoghegan serves as Managing Director at Resource America, Inc. He has been Senior Vice President of Loan Originations and Managing Director of Resource Real Estate Funding Inc., at Resource Capital Corp. since 2007 and since July 2006 Respectively. Mr. Geoghegan is based at the Los Angeles Office. At Resource, Mr. Geoghegan focuses on the direct origination of floating rate commercial mortgages for Resource Capital Corp. He has over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate finance. He was employed at The Bear Stearns Companies, LLC as Managing Director. Prior to joining RREF in 2006, he co-managed the Bear Stearns Commercial Mortgage office in Los Angeles, which he joined in 1998 and was responsible for origination of over $1 billion of loans annually for sale into the securitization market. Previously, he spent four years as a real estate loan officer at PNC Bank in Philadelphia. Mr. Geoghegan received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Emory University and a Master of Business Administration from Pennsylvania State University.

Mr. Darryl Myrose has been the Senior Vice President of Loan Originations at Resource Capital Corp. since 2007 and Managing Director of Resource Real Estate Funding Inc at Resource Capital Corp. since July 2006. Mr. Myrose has been Managing Director Resource Real Estate Funding Inc since July 2006. He is based in Los Angeles office. Mr. Myrose focuses on the direct origination of floating rate commercial mortgages for Resource Capital Corp. Prior to this, he was employed at Bear Stearns Companies, LLC as Managing Directors, where he managed the Los Angeles office for its commercial real estate lending business. he joined Bear Stearns in 1996. He was employed with Clarion Advisors where he served as an asset management analyst. He received a Bachelor of Science in Economics from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Alan F. Feldman serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Director at Resource Real Estate Opportunity Reit II, Inc. Mr. Feldman has been the Chief Executive Officer since October 2012 and Director since September 2012. He serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Resource Real Estate Diversified Income Fund. He has been the Chief Executive Officer at Resource Real Estate Opportunity REIT, Inc. since June 3, 2009. He has been the Senior Vice President of Real Estate Investments at Resource Capital Corp. since March 2005. Mr. Paul A. Hughson has been Executive Vice President of Commercial Real Estate Lending Business Division at Resource Capital Corp. since September 07, 2017. Mr. Hughson has been an Executive Managing Director of C-III Capital Partners LLC, an affiliate of Island Capital Group LLC since joining in July 2009 and serves as the President of C-Iii Commercial. Mr. Hughson serves as a Vice President at Anubis Advisors, which provides strategic planning, executive management, restructuring, M&A and other financial services to Island Capital Group's portfolio companies, including C-III Capital Partners. Prior to Island Capital Group, he enjoyed a 16 year banking relationship with Island and its predecessor company, Insignia Financial Group. Before his affiliation with Island, he served as a Member of the Lehman Brothers Global Real Estate Group for 15 years, where he also served as the Head of global credit distribution. Mr. Hughson joined Lehman in 1993 to develop Lehman Brothers conduit securitization platform and subsequently became responsible for all of Lehman's proprietary and client based Agency CMBS and CRE CDO securitization businesses. He served as the Head of Lehman Brothers Bridge Equity business since 2004 and successfully redistributed approximately $4B of real estate equity into the institutional marketplace. From 1986 to 1993, he practiced real estate law with Thacher Proffitt & Wood. Mr. Hughson received his J.D. from the University of Virginia and his B.A. from Tufts University.
