So far it has been great. Excited for the changes ahead, and the growth and success we plan to have. There are always things that we can improve on, but certainly the GOOD outweighs the BAD.

My Interview process was non traditional, I was brought on as a contractor and proved my worth to the team. I liked the challenge, but it was a risk.

What I like best about the leadership team is the empowerment that is given to each member of the team. Truly listening to the ideas that are brought to the table, by facilitating an open environment.

I believe the compensation package is very competitive. Having the ability to work hard while I am here, and then having time off is great. I do wish there was more flexibility to work from home, which is available to other departments.
