Basically like every other retail place. Everyone seems to be faking it till they make it/cliques/back stabbing. The management generally stays out of the fray. The turnover is extremely high here, too, but management doesn't seem to care.

I have had many opportunities within the company over the past 5.5 years. The ability to learn and grow has not been matched anywhere else I have been.

There has been A LOT of change over the course of the years I've been with the company. In order to succeed, you have to be able to adjust quickly and adapt to the evolving culture and fast work pace. It's a wonderful place to be able to wear a lot of different hats and broaden your work experience.

Coming from another retail company in Columbus, RG Barry has been a breath of fresh air. The environment is very supportive and welcoming. I love that all levels of the organization are able to exposure senior leadership which helps with their development.

I believe the compensation package is very competitive. Having the ability to work hard while I am here, and then having time off is great. I do wish there was more flexibility to work from home, which is available to other departments.
