Founded in 1947 by Florence Melton, RGB launched a suite of comfortable lifestyle products under the Dearfoams brand and captured the comforting sentiment through slippers. Today, Dearfoams has grown to become the leading slipper brand in the U.S. and has expanded its offering to comfortable footwear and lifestyle products.
RG Barry continued on with its success and broadened its focus to create a platform of brands that offer solution-oriented products with the acquisition of Baggallini in 2011.

the leadership team is high energy and always looking to the future. There is a lot more transparency with the team to the rest of the organization about what our key initiatives are and why different decisions are made.

Increased headcount and faster recruiting process. There are a lot of expectations for my department and tons of ideas and vision for the strategic direction we want to tackle but with limited resources we aren't able to make improvements and tackle new initiatives as quickly as we'd like.
