Improve. Customer Service. I have $1,000 piece of junk Hot Water Heater that Is 16 months old and Customer Service said someone will contact me on Friday, if not Friday, Saturday or Sunday but at latest Monday. I will have been without HOT Water for 4 DAYS. That’s what I call POOR CUSTOMER SERVIC
