Product works excellently; I've always used Rheem water heaters. My water heater broke. I did not have the best experience with their customer service. My unit is still under warranty, but the store where I purchased it is out of business, and I can't get a resolution on a replacement for my unit
Efficiency of the brand, and comparable pricing.
Rheem company has recently laid off employees, that did not deserve to be severered. It appears that Rheem does not value their employees and I am concerned for my job. Some of the executives are not trustworthy. I would not recommend to a friend to work at Rheem.
