Mr. Jeremiah J. Ashcroft, also known as Jerry, III, is President at Equitrans LP. Mr. Ashcroft was appointed Senior Vice President, EQT Corporation (???EQT???); and President, Midstream; and also Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for the general partner of EQT Midstream Partners, LP in August 2017. He was also elected as a Member of the Board of Directors of the general partner of EQT Midstream Partners, LP in August 2017. Mr. Ashcroft has also served as Senior Vice President, Chief Operating Officer and a Member of the Board of Directors of the general partner of Rice Midstream Partners LP since November 2017. Mr. Ashcroft has more than 15 years of experience in the oil, gas, and pipeline industries ??? and before joining EQT, he was Chief Executive Officer of Gulf Oil L.P. Prior to that, he was Chief Operating Officer for JP Energy Partners where he led their initial public offering and had P&L responsibility for their NGL, crude, and refined products businesses. He also spent several years with Buckeye Partners, L.P. and held various roles of increasing responsibility, including Vice President of field operations, senior vice president global operations, and President of three business units. Mr. Ashcroft began his energy career with Colonial Pipeline Company, L.P as Director of operations, and later became Chief Compliance Officer.Mr. Ashcroft has a distinguished military career with the United States Marine Corps and received a Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Naval Academy. He also earned a Masters of Business Administration, with a concentration in finance, from Emory University Goizueta Business School.

Ms. Julie E. Danvers serves as the Director of Investor Relations of Rice Midstream Management LLC. Ms. Danvers serves as Director of Investor Relations at Rice Energy Inc. She served as Manager of Investor Relations of Ultra Petroleum Corp.
