The Company, together with its subsidiaries, is engaged in the design, manufacture and support of actuators, systems and flow control equipment serving various end markets. Its segments include Controls, Fluid Systems, Gears, and Instruments. The Controls segment designs, manufactures and sells electric actuators. Fluid Systems segment designs, manufactures and sells pneumatic and hydraulic actuators. Gears segment designs, manufactures and sells gearboxes, adaption and ancillaries for the valve industry. Instruments segment manufactures high precision pneumatic controls and power transmission products for a wide range of industries. It has footprints in the UK, Italy, Rest of Europe, USA, Other America and Rest of the World.
