Elad Ben-Meir is the Chief Executive Officer of SCADAfence. Elad brings 15 years of experience in various executive business roles. Prior to this role, Elad was the VP of Marketing and Strategic Accounts at CyberInt, a MDR provider focused on protecting digital businesses. Before that, Elad was the VP of Marketing and Products at indeni, a provider of knowledge driven solutions that simplify network management. Elad is a public speaker and an evangelist of new products and technologies in the cybersecurity and IT space and regularly advises to companies in the eco-system. Elad holds a BA in Computer Science & Economics from Tel Aviv College in Israel.

Ofer Shaked is the Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer of SCADAfence, spearheading the technological initiatives that enable SCADAfence’s products to support the ever growing scale of the largest plants in the world. He is also in charge of SCADAfence’s technological vision and innovation. Ofer started his professional career in OT security in the IDF Intelligence elite cyber unit with deep hands-on experience. Since then Ofer has been advising key decision makers and leaders in the OT, Network and Security spaces in corporate- and plant-level planning of secure OT architectures.

Tom Thirer is the Vice President of Product Management at SCADAfence. Tom brings over 15 years of Product Management in Cyber Security and Networking in leading international companies. Prior to SCADAfence, Tom led two major product lines at Mellanox Technologies and prior to that he led the Product Management for the high-end products at Check Point. He also acted as the Vice President of iTcon, a security and infrastructure architecture consulting firm, and as IT Security Officer in large Telecom and Industrial organizations. Tom holds a BA in Business Administration and Economics from Tel-Aviv University and an MBA graduated with excellence from the same university.

Moshe Raab is the Vice President of Research and Development at SCADAfence. Moshe joined SCADAfence from Skybox Security, a provider of security analytics for cybersecurity management. Prior to that, Moshe was a product manager at the same company. Moshe has more than 20 years of experience in software development. Before Skybox Security, he led research and development at Guardium and managed software projects at Log-on Software. Moshe holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and master’s degree in business administration from Bar-Ilan University.

Chen brings over 15 years of experience in Finance, Operations and Legal in both Private and Public listed companies in the Technology, Gaming & Entertainment sectors. Prior to SCADAfence, Chen was CFO of the Anakatech Group, providers of regulated Gaming platform and online marketing solutions. Prior to that, Chen was CFO of two JVP portfolio companies and of Online Marketing companies associated to Playtech. Chen holds an LL.M from Bar-Ilan University and a BB with major in Accounting from The College of Management.

Mona Popilian-Yona is the Director of Marketing at SCADAfence. Mona brings with her over 20 years of marketing experience from previous positions in leading global companies like msystems (acquired by SanDisk) and Cellebrite, to innovative cyber-security start-ups like Hexatier (acquired by Huawei). In her previous positions she developed and led global marketing strategies and activities that resulted in significantly increased brand awareness and demand generation.
