Working at SemaConnect is an awesome opportunity to sow my entrepreneurial spirit, I love the fact that we can create a strategy and then execute it. It provides a great sense of accomplishment.

Virtual onboarding was great and in person onboarding was ok. Everyone was very welcoming and friendly. Definitely room for improvement on processes like ensuring all employees have a computer ready when they start.
