Benjamin Schall is the Chief Executive Officer and President of Seritage Growth Properties. Prior to becoming CEO and President, he served as Chief Operating Officer of Rouse Properties, Inc. from 2012 to 2015 and held a number of roles at Vornado Realty Trust from 2003 to 2012, where his positions included Senior Vice President.

Mr. Matthew E. Fernand has been an Executive Vice President and the General Counsel of Seritage Growth Properties since June 2015 and serves as its Secretary. Mr. Fernand served as a Partner of Sidley Austin LLP since January 1, 2012, where he focused on the financing, development, acquisition and disposition of commercial properties and the formation of real estate joint ventures and partnerships. Additionally, he has significant experience in office, retail and industrial lease transactions representing both landlords and tenants as well as real estate loan workouts and restructurings. Mr. Fernand holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Emory University and a Juris Doctorate from Yeshiva University, Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.

Ms. Mary Rottler has been an Executive Vice President of Leasing and Operations at Seritage Growth Properties since June 15, 2015. Ms. Rottler served as the Vice President of Real Estate at Wal-Mart Stores, Inc., (NYSE: WMT). In this capacity she was responsible for overseeing all facets of new store development in the eastern half of the United States and delivered approximately 350 new stores per year. Prior to that time she was the Vice President for Realty Supplier Management and Compliance. She joined Wal-Mart in 2001.

Mr. James Edwin Bry has been Executive Vice President of Development and Construction at Seritage Growth Properties since June 2015. Mr. Bry served as the Senior Vice President, Development & Construction at Vornado Realty Trust (NYSE: VNO) from 2006 to 2015 where he oversaw development and redevelopment of approximately six million square feet of its shopping malls, community centers and urban retail properties.

Mr. Paul D'Arelli serves as Senior Vice President of Development at Seritage Growth Properties. Mr. D'Arelli oversees development across the portfolio. Prior to joining Seritage, Mr. D'Arelli served as the President of National Development Advisors, Inc. where he provided development advisory services to Sears Holdings for three years focusing on redevelopment of its larger scale development opportunities across the country. Before then, he was Development Counsel and Partner at Greenberg Traurig where he was actively involved in the execution of major complex mixed use redevelopment projects in the Southeast.

Mr. Maurice Funes serves as Senior Vice President of Leasing and Development at Seritage Growth Properties. Mr. Funes previously served as Vice President of Real Estate for AMC Theatres, where he was responsible for acquisitions, renovations and procurement of new theatres. Prior to that, he led the eastern half of the US Real Estate division for JCPenney, where he spent 15 years in various positions including store expansions, new store growth, renovations and disposition of non-core real estate holdings, and managed a portfolio of more than 50M square feet.

Ken Lombard serves as the Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer of Seritage Growth Properties. Ken started at Seritage Growth Properties in May of 2018. Ken currently resides in the Greater Los Angeles Area.

Meghan Kruger serves as the Senior Vice President of Seritage Growth Properties. Meghan started at Seritage Growth Properties in Mar of 2017. Meghan currently resides in the Greater New York City Area.

Michael Perlmutter serves as the AVP, Real Estate Counsel of Seritage Growth Properties. Michael started at Seritage Growth Properties in September of 2016. Michael currently resides in the Greater New York City Area.
