Ms. Tuo Pan has been an Acting Chief Financial Officer at Sino-Global Shipping America, Ltd. since October 15, 2015 and serves as its Principal Accounting Officer. Since 2008, Ms. Pan has overseen the finance and accounting functions of Sino-Global Shipping Australia Pty Ltd. From August 2007 to July 2008, she worked as Project Manager of Baker Tilly China Ltd. She is a Certified Public Accountant. She serves as a Director of Sino-Global Shipping Australia Pty Ltd at Sino-Global Shipping America, Ltd. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance and a Master's degree in Advance Accounting from the Curtin University of Technology in Western Australia.

Mr. Zhikang Huang has been Chief Operating Officer of Sino-Global Shipping America, Ltd. since 2010 and its Director since September 9, 2015. Prior to 2010, Mr. Huang served as Director of Sino-Global Shipping Australia. From 2006 through 2010, Mr. Huang served the Company's Vice President. From 2004 through 2006, Mr. Huang served as the Company's Operations Manager, and from 2002 through 2004, he served as an operator with the Company. Mr. Huang obtained his degree in English from Guangxi University in 1999.
