  • Absolutely fantastic; they have a common sense culture :)

  • Flexible. Normally most people work from home on Fridays, and if you have doctors appointments or other life needs, they are okay with working from home. The biggest desire for remote workers is communication and still being productive.

  • Everything is pretty straightforward here, no real insider or special knowledge. Maybe, for some, a working knowledge of functional programming would be nice, but not a must-have.

  • Everyone is very capable of doing their job and really nice. However, it's a little bit like a wild west on code and tooling standards, so that can be frustrating. Would like to see a bit more discipline in the code.
