They take great care to make sure everyone has what they need in order to be successful, and they always go out of their way to make sure everyone feels welcome and recognized. They also provide many opportunities to get to know our fellow coworkers.

The welcoming! Everyone is so happy to see a new face and even when you have settled everyones still so friendly and eager to get to know you.
Everyone is easy to get along with, there aren't any type-A personalities. Hours are flexible as is WFH.
