Mr. Raul Jacob Ruisanchez has been the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance of Southern Copper Corporation since April 18, 2013. Mr. Ruisanchez has been Treasurer at Southern Copper Corporation since April 28, 2016. Mr. Ruisanchez serves as Vice-Chairman of Finance and Chief Financial Officer at Southern Copper ???Southern Peru. He served as Principal Accounting Officer of Southern Copper Corp. He has been with Southern Copper Corp. since 1992 and held various positions focused primarily in financial planning, corporate finance, shareholder & investor relations and project evaluation. Since September 2011, he served as Director of Controller and Finance at Southern Copper Corp.'s Peruvian Branch. He served as Comptroller of Southern Copper Corp from October 2011 to April 2013. From 2004 to 2006, he served as the President of the Finance Affairs Committee at the American Chamber of Commerce of Peru. Until March 2010, he served as the President of the Strategic Studies Center of IPAE, an entrepreneurial association. Mr. Jacob Ruisanchez has been Director of Industria Textil Piura S.A. since November 17, 2011. In 2010, Mr. Ruisanchez was considered by Institutional Investor among the top three investor relations executives of Latin America. He is a Member of the consulting board of the MBA program (Finance) of the Universidad del Pac fico in Lima, Peru. Mr. Ruisanchez holds BS and a Professional Degree in Economics from Universidad del Pacifico of Lima. Mr. Ruisanchez holds MA (Economics) from the University of Texas at Austin, as well as a Diploma in Applied International Management from the Stockholm School of Economics of Sweden.

Mr. Jose De Los Heros Ugarte served as Vice President of Commercial at Southern Copper Corp. from November 21, 2008 to August 2012. Mr. Ugarte held various commercial positions with Southern Copper Corp. since 1983. He heads the Peruvian, Mexican and U.S. units. He attended a program of executive management and international relations. Mr. Ugarte holds a B.A Degree from St. Mary University.
