Ms. Georgia S. Derrico Co-Founded Southern National BanCorp of Virginia Inc. in July 2004 and has been its Executive Chairman since July 2004. Ms. Derrico has been an Executive Chairman of Eastern Virginia Bankshares, Inc. since June 2017. Ms. Derrico served as the Chief Executive Officer of Southern National BanCorp of Virginia Inc. from July 2004 to June 23, 2017. She founded Southern Financial Bank in 1986 and served as its Chief Executive Officer since 1986. Prior to this, she served as Senior Vice President, Chief Administrative and Credit Officer of Multinational Division of Chemical Bank. She served as Chief Executive Officer of Southern Financial BanCorp. Inc. since 1986. She served at Chemical as Vice President and District Head of Mid-Atlantic region of United States for Corporate Banking Division. She has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Sonabank NA, a subsidiary of Southern National BanCorp. of Virginia Inc. since July 2004. She served as Chairman and Director of Southern Financial BanCorp. Inc. since 1986. She serves as Director of Southern National BanCorp. of Virginia Inc. and Sona bank NA. Ms. Derrico served as Chairman of Management Development and Director of Oneida Ltd., a New York Stock Exchange company, from 1982 to 2004.

Mr. William H. Stevens has been the Chief Credit Risk Officer of Southern National Bancorp of Virginia Inc. and its subsidiary, Sonabank since February 2010. Mr. Stevens has been Executive Vice President of Sona Bank and Southern National Bancorp of Virginia Inc. since February 2010. He served as Executive Vice President of Lending of Southern National Bancorp of Virginia Inc. and its Executive Vice President of Credit Administration since April 2005. Mr. Stevens served as Chief Lending Officer of Sonabank, a subsidiary of Southern National Bancorp of Virginia Inc. and an Executive Vice President of Credit Administration from April 2005 to February 2010. From 1999 to April 2004, he served as an Executive Vice President of Credit Administration of Southern Financial Bank, the operating subsidiary of Southern Financial Bancorp, Inc. Mr. Stevens served as a Senior Vice President of Credit Administration at Provident Bankshares, Inc. until April 2005. He served as Executive Vice President of Lending of Sonabank. He served as Executive Vice President of Risk Management Southern Financial Bancorp Inc. since September, 1999. Mr. Stevens served as a Senior Analyst in the Office of the Inspector General of Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation from 1991 to 1999, where he audited its loan review, credit policy, compliance and audit functions. Mr. Stevens served as an Executive Vice President of Riggs Bank, N.A. in Washington, D.C. where he managed its commercial real estate and single family lending activities. He served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Anchor Mortgage Services for three years. Mr. Stevens served as a Senior Vice President of Real Estate of Chemical Bank for 18 years.

Mr. R. Roderick Porter, also known as Rod, Co-founded Southern National BanCorp of Virginia Inc., in July 2004 and has been its Executive Vice Chairman since July 2004. Mr. Porter served as Vice Chairman, President and Chief Operating Officer of Sona Bank, a subsidiary of Southern National Bancorp. since July 2004 until June 23, 2017. He served as an Executive Officer of SouthCorp. Ltd. He served as the President and Chief Operating Officer at Southern National BanCorp of Virginia Inc. since July 2004 until June 23, 2017. Mr. Porter served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of Southern Financial BanCorp. Inc. from April 1998 to April 2004. He served as President of FX Concepts, Ltd., an international money management firm from 1994 to 1998. Prior to that, he served as Managing Director of West Capital, Inc., a Real Estate Advising Firm. He spent 15 years at Chemical Bank, where he served as Senior Vice President for Treasury Department. In Chemical's treasury, he was responsible for asset liability management, the U.S. government and municipal security portfolio, all U.S. dollar denominated funding for the bank and holding company, money market trading and discount brokerage. He served as Vice President and General Manager of northern Europe based in London and for Chemical Japan based in Tokyo. He served as Principal of Morgan Stanley. Mr. Porter served as Chairman of Newmarket Capital Corp. He has been Executive Vice Chairman of Eastern Virginia Bankshares, Inc., since June 2017. He has been Vice Chairman of Southern National BanCorp. of Virginia Inc. since July 2004. He has been a Director of Westinghouse Air Brake Technologies Corp. since 1986 and also Southern National BanCorp. of Virginia Inc. and Sona Bank since July 2004. He served as Director of Southern Financial BanCorp. Inc. (VA) since 1986.

Mr. Thomas P. Baker, also known as Tom, has been the Chief Credit Officer of Southern National Bancorp of Virginia, Inc. since June 2010. Mr. Baker has been Chief Credit Officer of Sona Bank since June 2010. Mr. Baker has been Senior Vice President of Sona Bank and Southern National Bancorp of Virginia Inc. since July 2010. He has been a Banker for more than thirty years and has been with Sonabank since its inception.

Mr. William H. Lagos serves as the Chief Accounting Officer of Southern National Bancorp of Virginia, Inc. Mr. Lagos served as the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Southern National Bancorp of Virginia Inc. since November 2004 until June 23, 2017. Mr. Lagos served as the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Sona Bank NA, a subsidiary of Southern National Bancorp of Virginia Inc. since November 2004 until June 23, 2017. Mr. Lagos served as Senior Vice President and Controller of Southern Financial Bancorp Inc. From 1986 to April 2004, he served as Senior Vice President and Controller of Southern Financial Bank, the operating subsidiary of Southern Financial Bancorp, Inc., which was acquired by Provident Bankshares, Inc. in April 2004. Mr. Lagos has over 27 years of experience in banking. He passed the uniform CPA Examination in 1981 and is now a member of the D.C. Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Lagos graduated from Ben Franklin University in 1979, where he received his B.S. in accounting.
