Very easy and moves quickly - for the most part. Communicating when decisions take longer is important.

They seem to get along well; however, certain groups need to embrace remote work. We also need to align on newsletters and how information is distributed between divisions. Some groups have all-hands, other send newsletters - I'd be nice for support functions to be included.
