Mr. Jeffrey Francis O'Donnell, Sr., also known as Jeff, serves as the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of Trice Medical, Inc. He founded the firm in 2011. Previously, Mr. O'Donnell was the Managing Director at BioStar Ventures since July 2009. He was also a Venture Partner at BioStar Ventures. Mr. O'Donnell was the Founder, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Embrella Cardiovascular, Inc. He served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer from July 2009 to March 2011. He started Embrella Cardiovascular in 2008. Mr. O'Donnell has exceptional operational experience and leadership in the healthcare industry, merging a solid, traditional, corporate background with emerging growth experience. He served as Consultant of BioStar Ventures. Mr. O???Donnell served as the President and Chief Executive Officer at PhotoMedex from November, 1999 to July 2, 2009. He serves as Director of AzurTec, Inc. He has been Director of Strata Skin Sciences, Inc. since January 1, 2014. He serves as an Independent Trustee at Vertical Capital Income Fund. He served as a Director of CD Diagnostics, Inc. Mr. O'Donnell has been an Independent Director of BioSig Technologies, Inc. since February 2015.
