Customer care. Their Assistant Vice President takes advantage of seniors and is rude to customers. He told one women she was a real beach. The woman was a care giver to seniors who had a really bad day, but was still trying to make burial arrangements for her 94 year old and long-term customer!

What can this brand most improve?

Ive been trying to get one of the employees to let me talk to someone higher up who can help me. They all refuse! My issue still hasnt been resolved. And im definitely never using stubhub again. Terrible customer service.
