Mr. Christian T. Daes serves as Chief Operating Officer of C.I. Energia Solar S.A. E.S. Windows. Mr. Daes is responsible for all aspects of company operations, sales and marketing. Mr. Daes has been the Chief Operating Officer of Tecnoglass Inc. (formerly Andina Acquisition Corporation) since December 2013. Mr. Daes served as the Chief Executive Officer of Tecnoglass since 1994 and was responsible for all aspects of Tecnoglass's operations. His philanthropic activities include founding the Tecnoglass-ES Windows Foundation, which promotes local development, health and social programs in Barranquilla, Colombia. He co-founded CI Energia Solar and Tecnoglass in 1984 where he served as Chief Operating Officer. He has been a Director of Tecnoglass Inc. since December 2013. Mr. Daes holds Business Information Systems degree from the University of North Carolina in 1985.

Mr. Santiago Giraldo has been the Chief Financial Officer of Tecnoglass Inc. since August 3, 2017. Mr. Giraldo served as Head of Investor Relations at Tecnoglass Inc. since June 03, 2016 until August 3, 2017 and Deputy Chief Financial Officer since April 2016 until August 3, 2017. He has over 18 years of financial experience, having worked in several global financial institutions such as Citibank, JP Morgan Chase and Wells Fargo Financial. Mr. Giraldo had been Chief Financial Officer and Business Development Manager at Oleoducto Central S.A. since March 2013. He served as Chief Financial Officer and Head of Business Development and Strategy at Ocensa, a subsidiary within the Ecopetrol S.A. (NYSE:EC), Colombia's largest publicly traded company, listed in both the New York Stock Exchange and the Colombian Stock Exchange. He served as Vice-President within the Corporate Bank group in Citibank Colombia. Mr. Giraldo holds a degree (cum laude) in Business Administration from Washburn University, a master's degree in International Business from California State University and post-graduate degrees from Cox Business School in Corporate Finance and the Universidad de Los Andes in Financial Modeling.
