Mr. Joseph N. Rentfro, also known as Joe, has been an Executive Vice President of Real Estate at Tejon Ranch Co. since March 9, 2015. Mr. Rentfro is a veteran real estate executive with 25 years of experience, including development oversight for some of the highest profile projects in the USA and Middle East. He has managed development projects totaling more than $7 billion and been responsible for creating or leading the design and/or development of more than 50 master-planned, mixed-use, hospitality, residential, retail, commercial and infrastructure projects. For the last five years, Mr. Rentfro directed development efforts for a number of major projects within the Emirate of Abu Dhabi in the United Arab Emirates. Most recently, he oversaw design, development, asset management, retail leasing, business operations and budgeting for a subsidiary of the Executive Affairs Authority, which plans, develops and delivers projects on behalf of the Government of Abu Dhabi, projects including New York University Abu Dhabi. Prior to his work in the Middle East, Mr. Rentfro held executive positions at The St. Joe Company, ascending ultimately to Regional Vice President and General Manager. There he led all efforts related to planning, design, entitlement, development, construction, asset management, marketing and sales for real estate operations within a 330,000-acre region along the Gulf Coast in Northwest Florida. During his tenure with St. Joe, the largest landowner in the State of Florida with ownership of more than one million acres, Mr. Rentfro was responsible for the sale of many millions of dollars in real estate assets, including single family homes, residential lots, industrial/business park sites, entitled parcels, right-of-ways and timberlands.

Mr. Hugh F. McMahon, IV, has been an Executive Vice President of Real Estate at Tejon Ranch Co. since December 12, 2017. Mr. McMahon served as an Executive Vice President of Commercial and Industrial Development at Tejon Ranch Co. since 2015 until December 12, 2017 and also served as its Senior Vice President of Commercial and Industrial Real Estate since December 2014. He began his career with the Tejon Ranch in 2001 and served as Director of Finance for Castle and Cooke's mainland operations headquartered in Bakersfield, California. He is also a graduate of Stanford University's Financial Management Program and Harvard University's Real Estate Management Program. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in economics from California State University, Fresno and received an MBA from the California State University, Bakersfield.

Mr. Houston has experience helping businesses and public agencies navigate through the requirements of local zoning laws, affordable housing and density bonus laws, the Subdivision Map Act, the California Environmental Quality Act, California's water supply statutes and the California Coastal Act. His areas of legal practice have included: Municipal/Public Agency Law; Corporate/Nonprofit Governance; Real Estate, Land Use & Environmental; and Political Law & Government Ethics. He served as the Assistant City Attorney for the City of LaQuinta, California. Prior to joining Anaheim, he also served as outside General Counsel for the Anaheim Transportation Network and the 38,000-member California Rifle & Pistol Associate, a nonprofit advocacy agency. He was a Partner at of Cummins & White from 2011 to 2013 and prior to that, he was a Partner at Rutan & Tucker, LLP, Costa Mesa, CA. He also serves as a special counsel to the City of Marina for CEQA and water supply matters and serves as special counsel to a number of cities on election law matters. Mr. Houston also has a vibrant transactional real estate practice. He has extensive experience managing due diligence, preparing and negotiating numerous transactions for public/private partnerships (including development agreements, owners participation agreements, tax sharing agreements and other development-related contracts). In addition to practicing full time at Rutan & Tucker, Mr. Houston has served as an adjunct professor in the Political Science Department at Chapman University. Mr. Houston serves on the California Republican Party Central Committee and has been active in Republican activities for over 15 years. He has volunteered for over 85 political campaigns. Prior to practicing law, Mr. Houston was a special staff assistant to U.S. Representative Ed Royce in the 102nd Congress. He earned a bachelors degree from Chapman University and his Juris Doctorate from Vanderbilt University School of Law.
