Overall great experience. I love the company and the people. However, the NY office needs a bit more up lift. It is so quite and employees seem disconnected from each other except for a few exceptions.

I feel very valued, though adjustment in compensation is needed due to increased inflation and significant increase in cost of living, rent, etc.

No two days are alike. Learning new things every day. It is what I love doing, therefore does not feel like work. Most importantly, what I say and do matters.
