Mr. Robert M. Buck has been the President and Chief Operating Officer of TopBuild Corp. since June 2015. Mr. Buck served as an Executive Vice President of Masco Contractor Service, LLC. He served as the President of Liberty Hardware Manufacturing Corp. since 2007. He was appointed Group Vice President of Masco Corporation in 2014 and Executive Vice President since 2005 and was responsible for the Installation and Other Services Segment consisting of both Masco Contractor Services and Service Partners, LLC. He served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Masco Contractor Services since 2011. Mr. Buck has been with Liberty since February 1997 and has held various positions, including Executive Vice President and Vice President of operations. He has a bachelor of science degree and an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, where he serves on the Bryan School's Advisory Board.

Mr. John S. Peterson has been the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of TopBuild Corp. since June 2015. Mr. Peterson served as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Masco Contractor Services from 2011 to 2015. He also served as the Chief Financial Officer with Masco's Retail Cabinet Group from 2006 to 2010. Prior to joining Masco Corporation, he served as Vice President of Finance and IT with BioLab, Inc. a subsidiary of Chemtura Corp (formerly Great Lakes Chemical), Vice President of Finance at Performance Chemicals, a division of Great Lakes Chemical, Director Financial Planning for Engineered Materials Sector, a business unit of Honeywell (formerly AlliedSignal Corporation), and held Finance management positions with Lockheed Martin, General Electric Corporation and RCA Corporation. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Pennsylvania State University in 1979 and a Master's in Business Administration from the University of Indianapolis in 1986.

Mr. David G. Cushen has been Senior Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions at TopBuild Corp. since July 2016. Mr. Cushen served as Senior Vice President of Operations - Truteam of TopBuild Corp. Mr. Cushen served as Senior Vice President of Operations for Masco Contractor Services. He joined Masco Contractor Services in 1999 through an acquisition of Cary Insulation and has served as Vice President of Operations, Regional Manager and Division Manager. He is responsible for leading and executing company-wide growth strategies and has a well-established background of leading Operations and Sales, while executing on results-delivering strategies. Prior to Masco Contractor Services, Mr. Cushen was an Investment Advisor with Woodchester in Dublin, Ireland. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree in Accounting from the University College Dublin (Ireland).

Mr. Sean Cusack has been the President of Service Partners Operations at TopBuild Corp. since February 01, 2017. Mr. Cusack rejoined Service Partners in October 2016 as Executive Vice President. He originally joined Service Partners in 2001 and over the next 14 years held various management positions, including Chief Financial Officer. Prior to rejoining Service Partners, he served as Chief Financial Officer for Home Care Delivered, Inc. He earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.

Mr. Steven Raia, also known as Steve, has been President of TruTeam Operations at TopBuild Corp. since November 7, 2017. Mr. Raia served as Senior Vice President of Operations at TopBuild Corp. since November 2015 until November 7, 2017. Mr. Raia joined TopBuild Corporation in November 2015. He was the Owner/Operator of Cary Insulation which has over 35 locations when it was acquired by Masco Contractor Services (MCS) in 1999. He remained with Masco until 2007, managing MCS's east coast operations. He served as the President of Masco Contractor Services East, Inc. at Masco Corporation. Mr. Raia began installing insulation as a teenager, working for his father's company during school breaks and weekends. He became a full-time installer of Cary Insulation. Mr. Raia inherited MCS in 1991. He graduated from high school in 1973.

Kevin Calandra serves as the Regional Vice President of TopBuild. Kevin started at TopBuild in November of 2014. Kevin currently resides in Phoenix, Arizona Area.

Rob Kuhns serves as the Vice President - Controller of TopBuild. Rob started at TopBuild in July of 2018. Rob currently resides in Daytona Beach, Florida Area.
