Mr. Bart C. Shuldman has been the Chief Executive Officer of Transact Technologies Inc. since June 1996 and its Executive Chairman since February 2001. Mr. Shuldman serves as the Chief Executive Officer and President of MagneTec Inc. He served as the President of TransAct Technologies Incorporated since June 1996 until June 1, 2010. He joined Magnetec Corporation, a subsidiary of Tridex Corporation, in April 1994 as its Group President of Printer Operations and then served as its President from August 1994 to December 1995.Previously, Mr. Shuldman served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing of Magnetec Corporation, a former subsidiary of Tridex, from April 1993 to August 1993 and served as President of Magnetec and later the combined operations of Magnetec and Ithaca Peripherals Incorporated, another former Tridex subsidiary, from August 1993 to June 1996. Prior to joining Magnetec, Mr. Shuldman held several management positions with Mars Electronics International, a division of Mars, Incorporated, from 1989 to 1993, including serving as Business Manager for the North American Amusement, Gaming and Lottery operations. From 1979 to 1989, he held manufacturing and sales management positions with General Electric Company. He has been an Executive Director of Transact Technologies Inc. since June 1996. He serves as a Member of the Board of Visitors, College of Engineering and Ward College of Technology, University of Hartford. He serves as a Board Member of the Fairchester Chapter of YPO (Young President's Organization). Mr. Shuldman has a B.S. in electrical engineering and an MBA.

Mr. Steven A. DeMartino, also known as Steve, has been the Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Secretary of Transact Technologies Incorporated since June 1, 2004 and has been its President since June 1, 2010. Mr. DeMartino served as the Principal Accounting Officer of Transact Technologies Inc. He served as Senior Vice President of Finance and Information Technology at Transact Technologies Incorporated since October 2001 until May 2004 and its Executive Vice President since June 1, 2004 until May 2010. He joined TransAct Technologies Inc. as Corporate Controller in August 1996 and was appointed an officer in January 1998. He served as Vice President of TransAct Technologies since December 1999 and Senior Vice President of its Finance and Information Technology from October 2001 to May 2004. He was a self-employed financial Consultant from May 1996 to August 1996. He served as Controller of NER/Copart, Inc. from September 1994 to May 1996. He is a Certified Public Accountant (AICPA). Mr. DeMartino holds a BA in Economics and Accounting from the College of the Holy Cross and an MBA from the University of Connecticut.

Mr. Andrew J. Newmark has been an Executive Vice President of Global Sales & Marketing at TransAct Technologies Incorporated since January 12, 2015. Mr. Newmark has direct oversight of sales and marketing efforts across the Epic, Epicentral, Ithaca, Printrex and Responder brands at TransAct. He has over 30 years of sales, marketing, managerial and entrepreneurial experience. He was an active as an investor and entrepreneur, supporting a number of venture capital and private equity-backed businesses. Mr. Newmark co-founded Dymo Corporation (operates as a strategic business unit within Sanford L.P.) in 1989 and served as its Vice President of Business Development & Strategy and its Global Technology Brands Business Unit at Newell Rubbermaid from November 2005 to March 2009. He served as a Senior Vice President of Business Development at Dymo Corporation from June 1998 to November 2005, where he directed marketing and new product initiatives and launched an international labeling business under the RHINO brand. Mr. Newmark joined DYMO corp., through the acquisition of CoStar Corporation in 1998, a Connecticut-based manufacturer of PC-connected label printers, that he co-founded in 1989. He served as Senior Vice President of CoStar Corporation from January 1990 to June 1998. In 1982, he co-founded Kensington Microware and served as its Chairman from January 1982 to June 1988. Mr. Newmark graduated from Stanford University in 1980 with a BA in Economics.

She came to TransAct from Xerox Corporation where she served as Worldwide Marketing Manager, Production Color Marketing, for the Production Systems Group. During her career at Xerox, Ms. Chernay has been consistently successful in developing and executing global marketing plans including product launches, marketing programs, branding, advertising, direct mail and customer engagement forums. She served as Manager of Worldwide Marketing Operations, for Xerox's Color Solutions Business, she was responsible for marketing strategies and programs and for ensuring their deployment within operating companies in Europe, Asia, North America and other developing markets. She also served as Manager of Sales Operations where she substantially exceeded profit plans. Ms. Chernay holds a BS from Palm Beach Atlantic University and an MBA from the nationally ranked Goizueta Business School at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia.

He has been involved in the computer industry since its infancy and in the printer industry for over 25 years. He served as Vice President of PC Products and Chief Technology Officer of Dymo Corporation, a division of Newell Rubbermaid (previously with CoStar, AddressMate and consultant to Borland, Symbol and Hyosung). Mr. Block was responsible for guiding much of DYMO's future technological directions while directing the global development of DYMO's PC Connected product line and software development efforts. He joined DYMO through the acquisition of CoStar Corporation in 1998, where he served as Vice President of Software Development. Prior to joining CoStar, he was President and founder of AddressMate Software, a software publishing company where he designed and wrote a highly-regarded product to simplify the mailing of letters. He has authored numerous software applications and served as a hardware and software design consultant to some of the most well known technology companies including Symbol Technologies, Borland and Socket Communications. His broad range of development efforts has ranged from leading-edge notebook computer designs to spread-spectrum wireless network devices, word processors and more. His experience on both the marketing and development sides of technology companies has allowed him to develop a strong, balanced, user-centered approach to product design. He served as Member of Technology Advisory Board of Socket Mobile, Inc. since February 6, 2006. In 1996 he organized an award winning website offering start-to-finish coverage of the grueling, 1200 mile Iditarod Sled Dog Race from Anchorage to Nome and in 1997, traveled the length of the race by snow-machine and small plane while serving as an on-line reporter. Mr. Block was educated at UC Berkeley's School of Engineering.
