Mr. Lee D. Rudow has been the President of Transcat Inc. since September 11, 2012 and has been its Chief Executive Officer since July 1, 2013. Mr. Rudow serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer at Davis Inotek Calibration Laboratory. He has been with Davis Inotek since 1993. He served as the Chief Operating Officer of Transcat Inc. from November 14, 2011 to July 1, 2013. He has over 25 years of experience in the calibration services and electronic test and measurement industry having held a variety of leadership positions at other leading companies in the electronics equipment and services industry. He served as Executive Vice President of Sales & Operations at Simco Electronics. He served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Davis Calibration, Inc. and Davis Inotek Instruments, LLC. He served as the President of Davis Inotek Corp. and Davis Instruments Corp. He has been Director of Transcat Inc. since 2015. Mr. Rudow earned his BA degree in Business Administration from Loyola University in 1985.

Mr. Scott D. Deverell has been the Principal Accounting Officer of Transcat Inc. since March 27, 2016 and serves as its Corporate Controller. Mr. Deverell has more than 20 years of experience in financial executive positions in a variety of industries. He served as President of Upstate Operation Division at Stewart Title Insurance Company from 2009 to 2014. Prior to joining Transcat in February 2016, Mr. Deverell served as Vice President of Finance and Administration for Sydor Instruments, a comprehensive diagnostics solution provider, which he joined in April 2015. From 2006 to 2008, Mr. Deverell served as Chief Financial Officer for Monroe Title Insurance Corporation, a subsidiary of Stewart Title. He served as Vice President of Accounting and Controller of One Communications Corp., (Formerly, Choice One Communications Inc.) since March 2000 and served as its Treasurer since September 2002. He served as Director of Accounting at One Communications Corp., since December 1998. Prior to joining One Communications, Mr. Deverell was employed by PSC Inc., as an Assistant Treasurer from September 1997 to December 1998 and as Controller from 1990 to September 1997. He is a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Deverell holds an MBA from the Rochester Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in accounting from the State University of New York at Geneseo.

Mr. Robert A. Flack, also known as Rob, has been Vice President of Service Sales and Operations at Transcat Inc. since May 2015 and served as its Vice President of Business Development since April 17, 2014 and is responsible for corporate and business development. Mr. Flack has more than 15 years of industry experience and specific knowledge in strategic planning, business development, acquisitions and laboratory operations. Mr. Flack worked at Flack Consulting/ADG Creative and Tektronix Service Solutions where he served as Director of Sales for the Americas. Prior to that, he spent eleven years at Davis Inotek Calibration Laboratory in varying leadership roles to include Vice President of Operations and Vice President of Business Development. Mr. Flack earned his Executive MBA from Loyola's Sellinger School of Business.

Mr. Michael J. Tschiderer, also known as Mike, has been the Chief Financial Officer of Transcat Inc. since March 27, 2016 and has been its Vice President of Finance since December 10, 2015. Mr. Tschiderer serves as Treasurer and Corporate Secretary of Transcat Inc. He served as the Global Controller and a Vice President at GXS Worldwide, Inc., since March 2011 and was its Principal Accounting Officer since April 27, 2011 and served as its Treasurer. Mr. Tschiderer served as Vice President of Finance of Infinia Corporation from August 2008 to February 2011. Prior to that, Mr. Tschiderer served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Ecovation, Inc., from October 2006 to July 2008. He served as Executive Vice President of Operations for Ecovation, Inc. Mr. Tschiderer has more than 15 years of experience in operations and financial management. He served as Senior Vice President of Finance for Mpower Holding Corporation since February 2005 until September 2006 and as its Treasurer since April 2003 until September 2006, responsible for developing strategic initiatives and operating policies and procedures to support the growth of Ecovation, Inc. At MPower, he was responsible for all financial operations. He served as Vice President of Finance and Controller of Mpower Holding Corp. from March 2001 to February 2005. He served as Vice President of Finance and Administration of Mpower Holding Corp. from May 2000 to March 2001. He was responsible for the management consulting division of Bonadio & Co., LLP, where he founded the management consulting division for one of the largest Certified Public Accountant firms in Western and Central New York. He served as an Audit Manager at Arthur Andersen & Co. He was a Co-owner of Professional Medical Supply. From 1989 to 1995, he owned various small businesses in the Rochester, New York area. He was a Partner in the accounting firm of Bonadio & Co. in Rochester, New York from 1995 to April 2000. Mr. Tschiderer has served in several senior financial executive positions, including Chief Financial Officer, in technology, telecommunications, manufacturing and environmental energy companies, as well as having Big 4 public accounting experience. He served as Global Controller with LanzaTech, Inc., a global leader in gas fermentation technology that uses waste carbon streams to develop fuels and high-value chemicals. His experience covers the full spectrum of public company financial functions, including financial management, treasury, SEC financial reporting and investor relations. Mr. Tschiderer has been an Accounting Instructor of St. John Fisher College. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of New York and holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from St. Bonaventure University.

John Zimmer serves as the VP Finance and CFO of Transcat. John started at Transcat in Jun of 2006. John currently resides in the Rochester, New York Area.

Andy Quaranto serves as the Vice President Information Technology of Transcat. Andy started at Transcat in January of 2019. Andy currently resides in the Rochester, New York Area.

Michael Tschiderer serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Transcat. Michael started at Transcat in December of 2015. Michael currently resides in the Rochester, New York Area.
