Treatment of employees,listening to employees needs,care less about overhead and more about employee safety.They also need to appreciate the employee's that make/save them money instead of belittling them and treating them badly.Give employees the ability for advancement rather than hindering them.

Current management does not take into consideration the professional opinions of the employees and does not show appreciation when it come to performance evaluations for raises. They utilize the opportunity to retaliate against the employees and deny them the raises they deserve.

Current management in Amarillo does not uplift the employees,listen to the employees about improving the environment of the workplace, retaliates against employees that vocalize to upper management that the work conditions are not safe, do not advance the skills of the employees or maintenance.
