How does Vettery make decisions around promotions?
Arbitrarily. Whoever they like will get promotions, no real data or who's actually a good worker.
How's the vacation policy at Vettery?
They say unlimited, but don't ever try to go on one.
How much and how often do raises happen at Vettery?
After years, they won't hire people to make proper decisions, so whenever the founders will try to make time while they are making a lot of money, we should all wait years for any progress in our lives.

If you aren't working like a banker, which I'm not sure why if you aren't paid like one, then you won't succeed.

It's very hard to have motivation to go to a job where you know you aren't gaining anything.
How difficult is it to maintain a social life while in your job at Vettery?
Hardly have time for a social life because apparently you leaving earlier than everyone else is not grounds for any kind of promotion, you aren't working as hard as others. So get rid of the social life and dedicate your life to an underpaying no-value job

Diversity? If you're not white, don't expect a promotion

Open office, they're too cheap to invest in a bigger space so law of diminishing return is getting out of hand.

What's the vibe like in the Marketing dept at Vettery? How many hours are you working?
They want you to work long hours for no reason, as if we are getting paid like bankers. The manager wants to take credit for everyones work and doesn't let anyone come up with their own because she's insecure.
What's the Marketing team like at Vettery?
Not a real marketing team, they call it marketing but it's just sending emails. Would have gained more experience as a Starbucks barista.
How's the leadership on the Marketing team at Vettery?
Bad management, they assign manager roles to anyone who have no experience and then make them lead teams poorly.
What's one thing you wish you'd known before joining Vettery?
I wish I knew the role was dead end
