Mr. Paul J. Travers is the Founder of Vuzix Corporation (Alternate Name, Icuiti Corporation) and has been its President and Chief Executive Officer since 1997. Mr. Travers is responsible for setting the direction of Vuzix. He founded both e-Tek and Forte Technologies Inc. and has been a driving force behind the development of cutting edge display products. He has more than 17 years experience in the electronics field, he is a nationally recognized expert in the industry. Mr. Travers also sits on the Board of several Rochester based companies. Mr. Travers has been a Director of Vuzix Corporation since November 1997. He holds an Associate Degree in Engineering Science from Canton, ATC and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Clarkson University.

Mr. Paul Boris has been the Chief Operating Officer of Vuzix Corporation since May 8, 2017. Mr. Boris was Chief Information Officer of Advanced Manufacturing Strategy for GE. Mr. Boris focused on driving GE's innovative factory strategy to increase productivity and deliver asset and operations optimization and is Head of Manufacturing Industries for GE Digital. His extensive experience in driving industry initiatives and as a senior contributor at several Fortune 100 companies. Mr. Boris has driven digital transformation within industrial operations for decades. He led the trend of deployment of technology within manufacturing as a senior consultant with one of the largest MES integration firms. He was the dynamic force behind the Perfect Plant initiatives at SAP. He has been a Director of Vuzix Corporation since June 2017. He served as a Director of Vuzix Corporation from June 20, 2016 to May 8, 2017.

Mr. Grant Neil Russell, CA, has been the Chief Financial Officer of Vuzix Corporation since April 2000 and has been its Executive Vice President since 2008. Mr. Russell served as an Executive Vice President of Business Development at Vuzix Corporation since 2008. He serves as a Treasurer at Vuzix Corporation. Mr. Russell served as the Chief Operating Officer and Secretary at Vuzix Corporation. He served as the President of PAC Management Systems. Mr. Russell served as a Controller of Mohawk Oil Co. since 1981. He served at Mohawk until 1988. From 1997 to 2004, Mr. Russell developed and sold a successful software firm and a new concept computer store and cyber caf???. He co-founded Advanced Gravis Computer Technology in 1984. In September 1996, Gravis was acquired by a US based Fortune 100 Company in a successful public tender offer. His proven entrepreneurial success, business acumen and technical knowledge had made Advanced Gravis the world's largest PC and Macintosh joystick manufacturer. In addition to his work with PAC Management Systems, he works on a consultation basis with International technology businesses and as a board member for some of those companies. He served as a chartered accountant of Deloitte Touche. Mr. Russell has been a Director of Vuzix Corporation since April 3, 2009. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance from the University of British Columbia in 1976 and is both a US Certified Public Accountant and a Canadian Chartered Accountant.

Mr. Brad Craig has been Head of Developer Relations Activities at Vuzix Corporation since August 17, 2015. Mr. Craig has more than 25 years of hands-on experience in developing and enabling the supporting content ecosystem. Mr. Craig has launched key products for some of the industry's leading hardware and software companies, including Compaq, AMD, ATI, Future Publishing, Ingram Micro, Electronic Arts, Advanced Gravis, Forte Technologies and Razer.

Shane Porzio serves as the Vice President of Engineering of Vuzix Corporation. Shane currently resides in the Rochester, New York Area.
