Ms. Mary E. Coleman serves as the Venture Consultant and Managing Director of U.S.A. at Walden International. Ms. Coleman joined the Walden International in 2002. Ms. Coleman focuses on software, Internet and information technology services. She has led investments in many companies including SugarCRM (open source CRM), Savvion (Business Process Management), Genius.com (web analytics for sales reps), Funambol (open source wireless email), Apptera (voice-based mobile as platform), Agiliance (IT Governance, Compliance and Security), Levanta (Linux data center management appliance), Xangati (Rapid Problem Identification solution for IT), and ParAccel (columnar data warehouse). Previously, Ms. Coleman served as the Chief Executive Officer at RightWorks Corp. Prior to that, she served as the Managing Director of ICG Group, Inc. (Now, Actua Corporation) and focused on investments in enterprise software and Internet infrastructure including companies such as Rightworks. Previously, Ms. Coleman served as the Chief Executive Officer at Baan USA, Inc. (formerly Baan Company). She attained this position after selling Aurum Software. She served as the President and Chief Executive Officer at Aurum Software Inc. since November 1994. From May 1993 to November 1994, she served as the Vice President of Marketing at Aurum Software Inc. From January 1994 to September 1994, Ms. Coleman served as the Vice President of Engineering at Aurum Software Inc. From March 1992 to April 1993, she served as a Vice President of Marketing at Radius, Inc. From October 1990 to March 1992, Ms. Coleman served as Vice President of Marketing at McData Corporation. Her liquidated investments include Infravio, Inc. and Headstrong Corporation. She serves as a Director of Savvion, Inc., Apptera and has been Director of Genius Incorporated since March 21, 2006. She serves on the Boards of AirTight Networks (WIFI security appliance). Ms. Coleman serves as a Director or an Observer of LucidWorks, Inc.(also known as Lucid Imagination), Funambol, Inc., Informative, Inc., Levanta, Inc., MarketingGenius.com, Inc., Savvion, Inc., Xangati, Inc., and SugarCRM, Inc. She served as a Director of Aurum Software Inc. since November 1994. She served as a Director at OmniTrust Security Systems Inc., Sierra Atlantic, Inc., and ParAccel, Inc. Ms. Coleman served on the Boards of Infravio (acquired by WebMethods), Agiliance, Inc., Apptera, Inc., and Techspan (acquired by Headstrong). She studied Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at the University of Colorado in Boulder.

Mr. Bill Li is a Managing Director at Walden International. He is based at the China office and focuses on Internet and communications. Mr. Li joined the firm in 2008. He was a Venture Partner with GSR Ventures. In addition to previous employment in venture capital, Mr. Li has more than 18 years of experience in both start-up and world class companies including Google. He was previously employed at China Mobile. Previously, Mr. Li was employed at Google where he was responsible for the launch of many ground-breaking mobile products and services with the biggest carriers in the world, including China Mobile. Mr. Li has previously co-founded many successful Internet and mobile start-ups in both Silicon Valley and China. He is a Director of 3G Information Technology Co. Mr. Li also serves on the board of Best Logistics Technologies Limited. He holds an Executive M.B.A. from the Golden Gate University, an M.S. from the University of San Francisco, and a B.S. in Computer Science from Huazhong University of Science and Technology in China.

Ms. Teresa Smith is the Chief Financial Officer at Walden International. She joined the firm in 2004 and is based in United States. Ms. Smith oversees investor relations, finance, legal, and tax responsibilities at the firm and liasons with the global investment team on investment opportunities. Previously, she was employed at WebEx Communications where Ms. Smith had hands on experience in the initial public offerings and subsequent operations as a public entity. She is a C.P.A. Ms. Smith earned a B.S. in Accounting.

Andrew Kau has been a Member of Synacor, Inc.'s ('Synacor') Board of Directors since December 2000. Prior to joining Synacor's board, He served as a Director of MyPersonal. He is a Managing Director at Walden International. He was President of Chemical Technologies Ventures, and a Management Consultant at Strategic Planning Associates, LLC, and at Booz, Allen and Hamilton, Inc. He also served as a research scientist at Systems Planning Corp. He holds an M.B.A. from the University of Virginia, and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Brown University.
