Mr. Douglas S. Gordon, also known as Doug, served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Lamplighter Financial, MHC, the holding company of Wauwatosa Holdings, Inc. since January 1, 2007. Mr. Gordon has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of Waterstone Financial Inc. (also known as Wauwatosa Holdings Inc.), since January 1, 2007. He has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of Waterstone Bank, SSB (also known as Wauwatosa Savings Bank), a subsidiary of Wauwatosa Holdings, Inc. since January 1, 2007 and since November 7, 2005 respectively. He served as the Chief Operating officer of Waterstone Financial, Inc. from April 2006 to December 31, 2006. He served as the Chief Operating Officer of Wauwatosa Holdings, Inc. from April 2006 to December 31, 2006. He served as the Chief Operating Officer of Waterstone Bank, SSB from November 7, 2005 to December 31, 2006. He served as an Executive Vice President and Chief Lending Officer of Security Bank S.S.B. ( Bank) a subsidiary of Security Capital Corporation, which is acquired by Marshall & Ilsley Corporation in 1997. He served as Senior Vice President of M&I Marshall & Ilsley Bank until his retirement from M&I in 1999. He has subsequently been managing real estate investments. Mr. Gordon has over 20 years in the financial institutions industry, including 15 years with Security Bank. He serves as a Director of Lamplighter Financial, MHC. He has been Director of Waterstone Financial, Inc. (also known as Wauwatosa Holdings, Inc) since October 25, 2005 and serves as Director of WaterStone Bank SSB. He holds B.A. from the University of Wisconsin - Parkside and an M.B.A. from Marquette University.

Ms. Rebecca M. Arndt serves as Senior Vice President of Retail Operations - Waterstone Bank at Waterstone Bank, SSB (formerly Wauwatosa Savings Bank) and served as its Vice President of Retail Operations since 2006 and as its Head of Retail Banking Division. Ms. Arndt served as a First Vice President of Retail Banking at Ozaukee Bank.

Mr. Eric J. Egenhoefer has been the President of Waterstone Mortgage Corporation at Waterstone Financial, Inc. since 2008 is also the President and Chief Executive Officer of Waterstone Mortgage Corporation.

Mr. William F. Bruss, also known as Bill, has been Chief Operating Officer of Waterstone Financial, Inc., and Waterstone Bank, SSB since June 21, 2013. Mr. Bruss serves as Executive Vice President of Waterstone Financial, Inc. and Waterstone Bank since January 2015. Mr. Bruss has been the Secretary of Waterstone Financial, Inc. and Waterstone Bank, SSB since 2008 and served as Senior Vice President since 2006. He serves as General Counsel of Waterstone Financial, Inc. and Waterstone Bank, SSB. Mr. Bruss served as Vice President, Head of Human Resources & Legal Department and Compliance Officer at Waterstone Financial, Inc. and WaterStone Bank, SSB. Prior to joining the bank, he was in private practice for 3 years. He serves as a Director of The Lutheran Home, Inc. Mr. Bruss serves as a Member of Advisory Board of Fortress Partners Capital Management, Ltd. He is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin and the Association of Corporate Counsel. Mr. Bruss received a J.D. from Marquette University Law School in 1994. He earned a B.A. from St. Olaf College in 1991.

Mr. Mark Raymond Gerke has been Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Waterstone Financial, Inc. and Waterstone Bank, SSB since June 2016. Mr. Gerke served as Interim Chief Financial Officer of Waterstone Financial, Inc. and Waterstone Bank from February 29, 2016 to June 2016. Mr. Gerke served as Principal Accounting Officer, Vice President of Waterstone Financial, Inc. since February 18, 2014 until June 2016. Mr. Gerke served as Vice President of Waterstone Bank, SSB since joining in October 2005. He served as Assistant Vice President of Accounting at Waterstone Financial, Inc. He served as Controller of Waterstone Financial, Inc. and Waterstone Bank since 2005 until February 2016. From 1998 to 2005, Mr. Gerke served in various positions with the global professional services firm of Ernst & Young LLP, including a role as Senior Manager in assurance services. He serves on the Advisory Board for Best Buddies Wisconsin. He has been a Certified Public Accountant since 2002 and holds degrees in Accounting and Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin ??? Green Bay, from which he graduated Magna Cum Laude.
