I hate this service. Haven’t gotten Wi-Fi set up and it’s been over a week while the tech team “works on it”. I have never had to compete just to receive a service. This is
customer care it does not exist
Making me pay for an installation was absolutely ridiculous, considering I could have installed it myself but was not offered that option. Service was slow and would crash multiple times. Extremely disappointed.
