Provide me with an electronic way to cancel service to my account via the web login. I do not want to wait on hold with your customer service to do that.
Web sites are a disaster, phone contact almost impossible, phone people try hard by seem unable to work to their full ability, not their fault tho, they are not getting support from above, .
Making me pay for an installation was absolutely ridiculous, considering I could have installed it myself but was not offered that option. Service was slow and would crash multiple times. Extremely disappointed.
