Mr. Paul D. Nungester, Jr. serves as Senior Vice President of Welltower Inc. and has been its Controller since September 2002. Mr. Nungester served as Chief Accounting Officer of Welltower Inc. from February 4, 2005 to January 9, 2017. Mr. Nungester served as Vice President of Health Care REIT, Inc.

Mr. Timothy J. Lordan, also known as Tim, has been Senior Vice President of Asset Management at Welltower Inc. since January 3, 2017. Mr. Lordan served as Vice President of Investment Integration at Welltower Inc. until January 3, 2017. Mr. Lordan was responsible for the effective integration of acquisitions, developments and other investments into Health Care REIT's infrastructure. Prior to joining HCN in 2014, he served as Senior Vice President, Asset Management for Starwood Retail Partners. He served as Senior Vice President of Investor Relations & Funds Management at DDR Corp. since March 2009 for six years. At DDR, he was responsible for management of its institutional investment funds and joint ventures. He served as Vice President of Fund Management at DDR Corp. (Developers Diversified Realty Corp.) since July 9, 2007. Mr. Lordan served as Vice President and Director of Investor Relations of GGP-TRC L.L.C. (alternative name The Rouse Company LP) since February 26, 2004. Mr. Lordan joined The Rouse Company in 1999 as Assistant Director of Investor Relations and Senior Financial Analyst. He also served Rouse Company as Assistant Controller of Planning and Analysis. Prior to joining The Rouse Company, Mr. Lordan served as Senior Manager with the accounting firm KPMG LLP, where he specialized in the commercial real estate industry. He served as Vice President of Investor Relations at MMA Capital Management, LLC. He is a Member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants and National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts. Mr. Lordan graduated from Mount St. Mary's College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.

Mr. Michael A. Noto has been Senior Vice President, Real Estate Services at Welltower Inc. since January 09, 2017. Mr. Noto is responsible for ensuring that the operations, finance and leasing departments of the company's Outpatient Medical portfolio provide hospital clients and physician tenants with quality property management services, timely management information and a wide array of leasing services. He spent 13 years as a banking executive with responsibilities including commercial and real estate lending, credit administration and the management and workout of significant real estate assets. During his 17 years as a practicing attorney, he was directly involved in real estate financing, management, acquisition and disposition. He is a member of BOMA International and has participated on panel discussions at the Medical Office Buildings and Healthcare Facilities Conferences. He is a frequent speaker at industry events including; Bisnow, RealShare and Interface. Mr. Noto holds as Bachelor of Arts degree and an MBA in finance from Rutgers University and a law degree from Pace University School of Law. He is licensed to practice law in New York and Florida.

Mr. Mark Shaver serves as Senior Vice President for Strategy at Welltower Inc. since January 3, 2018 and also serves as a Vice President of Business Development and Strategic Alliances at Johns Hopkins Medicine. Mr. Shaver has been a Director of Medbridge Healthcare LLC since March 2016. Mr. Shaver serves as Member of Advisory Board of Pager, Inc.

Mr. Joseph P. Weisenburger, also known as Joe, has been Senior Vice President of Business Development at Welltower Inc. since January 2018 and served as Vice President of Senior Housing since 2008. Mr. Weisenburger has been with Health Care REIT Inc. since 1998, most recently serving as Investment Officer. Prior to joining Welltower, Mr. Weisenburger worked for Northwest Ohio Venture Fund where he was responsible for the evaluation of new and add-on investments for a $20 million venture fund. Mr. Weisenburger holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Miami University and an MBA in Finance from The Ohio State University.

Ms. Erin C. Ibele has been President of the Welltower Foundation at Welltower Inc. since July 1, 2016. Ms. Ibele served as the Head of Human Capital and Executive Vice President at Welltower Inc. from July 31, 2014 to June 30, 2016 and served as its Corporate Secretary from January 1993 to June 30, 2016. She is responsible for managing all aspects of people and performance and corporate communications for the company. Previously, she served as a Senior Vice President of Administration at Health Care REIT, Inc. from January 1993 to March 17, 2006. Ms. Ibele joined Health Care REIT, Inc. in 1986 and worked in various capacities.

Mr. R. Justin Hill has been Vice President of Investments at Welltower Inc. since 2008. Mr. Hill is responsible for evaluating, structuring and closing medical office building investments. Prior to joining HCN, Mr. Hill served as a Quantitative Credit Analyst and an Operations Analyst for Vanderbilt Capital Advisors and as a Vice President within Bank of America's Global Corporate & Investment Banking division. He also held adjunct professorships at DePaul University and the University of Toledo. Mr. Hill has earned a BS from Ohio University, an MS from the University of Toledo and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Mr. Matthew Grant McQueen, also known as Matt, J.D. has been Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Welltower Inc. since July 29, 2016. Previously, Mr. McQueen served as Senior Vice President of Legal at the firm from March 2015 to July 29, 2016. He leads the legal team for seniors housing and handles a variety of matters related to mergers and acquisitions, deal structuring, regulatory and compliance. In addition, he manages the risk management and real estate specialist teams at HCN. Mr. McQueen joined Welltower in April 2015 from Sidley Austin LLP (Sidley) in Chicago, where he served as a Partner in their Corporate and Securities group. In his eleven years at Sidley, he led a substantial practice in mergers and acquisitions, working on domestic and global transactions for public and private companies in transactions ranging from several million to billions of dollars, corporate governance, public and private securities offerings and joint ventures. Prior to joining the Health Care REIT in 2015, he was a Partner of M&A and Private Equity - Chicago at Sidley Austin LLP since January 1, 2011. Mr. McQueen earned J.D. from the University of Michigan and a B.A. in English and History from Indiana University.
