Mr. Gary Winnick is a Co-Founder of iCrete, LLC and serves as its Chairman. Mr. Winnick is a Partner at Rock Creek Capital. Mr. Winnick is a leading investor in, and creator of, green construction and clean technology companies, including iCrete. He is the Founder, Chief Executive Officer, and Chairman of Pacific Capital Group, Inc. Mr. Winnick founded Global Crossing Ltd. in March 1997. Mr. Winnick is Founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Winnick & Company. He was a Senior Vice President of Drexel Burnham. He was the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of T-Ink Inc. Mr. Winnick serves on numerous national and international philanthropic boards, including the Museum of Modern Art, the U.S.-U.A.E. Business Council, and the Simon Wiesenthal Center. Mr. Winnick has sourced in excess of 100 billion dollars to fund transformative technologies and corporate innovation, providing capital and counsel to dozens of companies in a wide range of industries, including Telecommunications, Healthcare, Construction and Building Materials, Real Estate, Technology and IT Services, Media and Financial Services. He also served as the Chairman of Board from March 1997 to December 31, 2003. In the course of transforming industries, Mr. Winnick has raised over $100 billion in capital for American industry. He is the Founder and served as the Chairman of Board of Directors at Asia Global Crossing Ltd. since it was founded in September 1999. He was Chairman of the Board of Level 3 GC Limited. He serves as Director of MD Insider, Inc. Mr. Winnick serves as a Director of U.S. Chamber of Commerce. He also serves on the national Board of Advisors of J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. Mr. Winnick served as a Director of K1 Ventures Ltd. He is a patron of universities, libraries, medical research, the arts, global literacy, and international humanitarian relief projects. Mr. Winnick is a recipient of the Simon Wiesenthal Center's Humanitarian Laureate Award. In 2004, he received an Honorary Doctorate from his alma mater, Long Island University.

Mr. Jim Vickers serves as a Managing Director at Pacific Capital Group Inc. Mr. Vickers has over 30 years experience and has held Chief Executive Officer, CMO, General Manager, Executive Vice President and other senior positions in public and private companies. He and his teams have established partnerships with major global companies including HP, Cerner, Ricoh, IBM and Microsoft. Mr. Vickers has extensive global experience with high growth technology companies, turnarounds, mergers and acquisitions and successful business strategies.

Mr. Adam Winnick is a Managing Director at Pacific Capital Group Inc. Mr. Winnick led the firm's investments in BroadJump Inc. in Austin. He was Founder of iCrete, LLC and served as its President. Prior to that, Mr. Winnick was the Founder and Managing Partner at ITU Ventures. He began his career in investment banking at CIBC World Markets High Yield Group, where Mr. Winnick specialized in media and telecommunications. His past investments included communications semiconductor companies Luxtera, Inc., OEwaves, Inc., Quellan, Inc., and Wavestream Corporation. Mr. Winnick is a Board Trustee of the California Science Center. He holds an M.B.A. degree from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and a B.A. degree in Economics from Tufts University.

Mr. Robert M. Hertzberg, also known as Bob, is a Venture Partner at Pacific Capital Group Inc. Mr. Hertzberg is a Venture Partner at Winnick & Company. He is a Senior Partner at Mayer Brown LLP. He is a Senator in the California State Senate. He is also Of Counsel to Glaser Weil in its Government and Regulatory Law Practice Group. He was a Co-Founder and Principal at Renewable Capital, Limited. He directed renewable energy policy issues and worked on all aspects of it. Mr. Hertzberg founded Solar Integrated Technologies (SIT) along with Mr. Edward J. Stevenson. From 2000 to 2002, he was unanimously elected Speaker of the California State Assembly. He was the Co-Founder of G24 Innovations Limited. Mr. Hertzberg has a lifetime of public policy experience in California and throughout the United States. He has successfully led a wide range of programs to address California's biggest social challenge including authoring the largest school construction program in the United States. Mr. Hertzberg also has extensive international experience. As a speaker, he established a legislative office of international relations and protocol, creating and supporting foundation, which Mr. Hertzberg still chairs. He serves as Vice Chairman at the Los Angeles office of Mayer Brown LLP. He serves as a Director of Public Policy Institute Of California and VoicePlate.com, LLC. He serves as a Member of Advisory Board of One Peak Partners. He served as the Vice Chairman of Pacific Capital Group. He served as Co-Chairman of California Forward. He served as the Chairman of the Board of G24 Innovations Limited. He served on transition team of California Governor Schwarzenegger in 2003 and was the Chairman of the transition team for Los Angles Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa in 2005. Mr. Hertzberg is a candidate for Los Angles Mayor in 2005 election, narrowly missed getting into the run off. He served twice as chairman of the Los Angeles County Economic Development Corporation and is a board member for numerous other organizations and institutions, including the USC Price School of Public Policy, the Pepperdine University School of Public Policy, and the Rose Institute of State and Local Government at Claremont McKenna College. He has been active in business and politics for 34 years. He is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of The University of Redlands and holds a JD from University of California, Hastings College of the Law.

Mr. Justin J. O'Neill serves as a Managing Director at Pacific Capital Group Inc. Previously, Mr. O'Neill served as a Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Opnext, Inc. from May 2007 to July 2012. From January 2004 to April 2007, he was an Of Counsel at Latham & Watkins LLP. He served as an Assistant General Counsel at Global Crossing Ltd. from March 1999 to September 2003. He served as an Attorney at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett from 1994 to 1999. Mr. O'Neill has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Brown University and a J.D. from the Columbia Law School.
