During the interview process, I met with multiple senior leaders and was encouraged to ask what some people might perceive as difficult questions. This was great foreshadowing for what it's like at WorkBoard--we lean into everything.

Leadership at WorkBoard cares about everyone deeply. During the pandemic, Deidre and the leadership team would send flowers each week to every person. This carries over to work every day, where we are empowered to make decisions and truly build something great together.

Our compensation package is super competitive. More important than the base comp is that we have significant ownership as it relates to equity. This is in-line with our culture; it feels like we all own WorkBoard and we're constantly rowing in the same direction with tremendous speed.

We have a global-local system for strategy setting which empowers everyone to determine how they will move the needle on results. Of course, the north stars come from the top but each team authors their own priorities that are fully aligned. This builds enthusiasm and momentum that never wavers.

We have fun, even in a pandemic. We hold ourselves accountable to making the time, weekly or bi-weekly (at least) to get to know one another. We're growing as a team very quickly so it's very important to us to have a personal connection even if it's behind a computer screen.
